Before starting any work everything was thoroughly explained and I felt informed about what was going to happen . The staff were very friendly and Dr. Chan took all the time I needed to answer my questions. The staff at Holly Tree Dental are absolutely amazing, from scheduling appointments, sorting out all the financial business and the procedure itself! We couldn't have felt more comfortable as parents putting our child in the care of Dr. Kika. This is such an amazing team! The best first dental experience my child has had! Thank you thank you!!!

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everyone at Holly Tree Dental is so welcoming, caring and highly professional. We were welcome with open arms by the staff, always made sure we felt comfortable and stayed informed throughout the whole process. Dr. Kika was wonderful through and through. The dentist and staff are really nice and I have no doubt work hard. What really put a negative spin on my whole experience was the estimating procedure. I brought my son in for a consultation and received an estimate of around 1070 dollars. Once the procedure was done our total bill was over 2700 dollars! As we have no dental plan, this unexpected overage created financial hardship for us. As a professional estimator, I cannot be more than 10 percent out on a quote, but this was more like 150 percent!

I have been taking my two children to see Dr Chan at holly tree dental for over 9 years now! The clinic is very well appointed and clean. The staff have always been very helpful, patient and fun when dealing with my children! I would highly recommend this business.

From the minute we got the call to book our sons appointment to walking in the front door I was handled by very friendly and courteous staff! The dentist we saw was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything my son needed. Highly recommend this office to anyone with kids!

Holly Tree Dental & Dr. Chan did an absolutely outstanding job.Our 3 year old boy sustained an injury to his front teeth from a fall in the bathtub. His one front tooth had abscessed over the course of the six months following the injury and we were referred to Holly Tree Dental.We met with Dr. Chan and his assistant and he let us know that regardless of antibiotics, the infection would persist until the tooth is removed. This of course would also require sedation. We had so many questions. Our son having both severe food allergies and a family history of allergic reactions to medication, made our situation further complicated. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully, patiently and without any pressure.The day of the procedure everything went like clockwork. My boy is pain free and infection free. Both myself and my wife would genuinely like to thank all of the Holly Tree staff for their compassion and professionalism. It is very clear to us that their hearts are in the right place and they do it to help children.On a side note, we noticed that the bulk of the negative reviews were related to cost. We couldn't find this further from the truth. For being cared for by an RN, Dental Assistant and Dentist we found the overall cost of the treatment for our boy extremely reasonable.Thank you Dr. Chan & Holly Tree Staff

Fantastic team and clinic. Very easy to speak with and understand, this is a perfect place for kids. You won’t regret bringing your little ones here, ours had nothing but good things to talk about once he was done.
