Booked using 3rd party that indicated pet friendly, checked in and had my room key. While walking to my room with my daughter and dogs the desk agent stopped me and told me I couldn't stay in my room. I had stayed before with pets, and would strongly recommend against booking if you have pets.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here this past week. The staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean and modern. I wish there had been a full length mirror but given we were only there for the night it was no big deal. The complimentary breakfast and dining area were great.It was our first time staying at an Amsterdam Inn and we would definitely stay again. ☺️

This beautiful little inn is amazing. The rooms are great , and the staff are very friendly and very helpful . Check in to check out the breakfast they offer, which is great.The location is super convenient for seeing all the sites that are around Monkton. and the fround floor rooms offer a convenient alternative to accessible parking access.

Great service. When staying for more than 1 night, we normally do not get our room made up, but my daughter insisted because she wanted the cocoon for a bed back. Breakfast is made for you as well. Great experience

Amsterdam themed paintings and simple room pallets.Very comfortable stay; great beds, tidy and stocked with quality coffee, soaps and hair shampoo.Checked in with a very bright and happy Pharmacy NBCC student named Natalia. She catered to our needs with our pets, gave us ground floor with a rear deck with a parking spot. Natalia even called 1/2 hr to check up on us!I’m not a big fan of metal tubs nor fibreglass tub and shower inserts (cuts 1/4 of elbow room for a big fella like me). Modern ceramic shower stall with a plate glass wall is the way to go for me!Eggs and hash brown could have been accompanied by bacon (not a fan of weenies). But, breakfast had hot food, not just cornflakes. Metal cutlery and proper dishes is a winner.We’ll return for sure. Let’s see if all Amsterdam hotels are consistent, member now.

Amazing staff, always friendly and always helpful this is always our go too. Very clean and rooms are very nice. Close to casino and great restaurants. Be back soon I hope !

Was there for a conference overnight . Room was very nice,and reasonable price. I took a star off service as breakfast buffet was great except sausage was more like a cheap mini wiener could not eat. Other than that highly recommend .

very close to casino and the breakfast is outstanding. The nice lady that checked us in was excellent. She went above and beyond.
