Our radiator broke down in the middle of the winter. We contacted Tim of Bema Plumbing based on a friend's referral. Tim came to inspect our system immediately and gave good advice on a temporary solution just so that everyone stays warm during the emergency repair. Then he took the time to walk us through the decision process of choosing a cost-effective replacement for our 30+ year old house. We experienced a delay of the hardware due to the construction boom prior to the pre-covid19 days. Nonetheless, Tim maintained an open and timely communication channel with us so that we were informed every step of the process. At the end, we have a brand new system operating installed by a professional and reliable tradesman at a very reasonable price, AND running in the most cost effective way.

Tim and Bema plumbing are the best. I would highly recommend Bemas service to anyone.I have had to use Bema twice now, once for replacing the faucet in my shower, and the second to replace my old hot water tank. Both experiences were a pleasure. Tim responded quickly to my initial inquiries and was open to my availability and schedule.Tim was courteous when he arrived in my home both times, arriving early and fully prepared for the job.For the hot water tank replacement, Tim came over a week earlier for a 15 minute consult. We discussed options, pricing, scheduling and he got a look at the old tank. A week later Tim was back, took out the old tank, replaced it with the new tank, and hauled everything away. I dont know how it could have gone more smoothly.Tim also uses QuickBooks on his phone, so I was invoiced and had paid before Tim even left the building. Very convenient.

Excellent customer service, plumbing work (sink installation, vanity & toilet removal), after care, and professional responsible work. Tim is a friendly person. We unfortunately had a number of issues with our home in recent months. I was given Tim’s name by a friend.Tim helped us with a leaky hot water tank, servicing our boiler, installing a new gas range and replacing our garburator. He provided fast service, was on time for appointments, is extremely courteous, and his prices were reasonable.I really appreciated his honesty and that he spent the time to explain the issues, provided options, went over the pros and cons of each option and wasn’t about high pressure sales. Tim provided very professional service with reasonable price. He changed our water heater and toilet bowl, and he was very detail oriented. We had a leak in the pullout of the kitchen faucet and called Tim at the recommendation of the concierge of the building. Tim was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. The quote was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. On the day of the service, he was punctual, professional and patient with our questions. Tim was so helpful. We needed help with our furnace and hot water tank right away, and he responded so quickly. His rate is affordable and the service was thorough, friendly, and timely. This could have been a bigger issue since it was winter, but Tim was a life saver! We highly recommend him and will use this company again.

Adam and I were so pleased with the service Tim provided! He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Had our backed up sink fixed in no time, and very reasonably priced. Had a laugh to have him find a few paint brushes clogging our sink! We'll just say we have a few budding artists that like to visit. Looked after a few other minor issues with the bathtub faucet and toilet making noise!! So happy to have everything working as it should. Would highly recommend Tim!!

Tim was recommended to me through another local plumbing company that was too busy to help us.
