We took our Singer machine into this shop for repairs and tune up. Turns out the machine's electronics are damaged and beyond repair. They totally ignored or misdiagnosed this, and simply went through the motions of oiling and adjusting the machine. Some $80.00 dollars later and still with a non-functioning machine they ignored my request to negotiate a refund. I was very fair and equitable about this.I would be very skeptical and wary of utilizing this shop for anything beyond the simplest maintenance.

Bad News here. I would say terrible service" except the woman doesn't want to serve. She was angry that I inconvenienced her by coming into the store as she went to go get her face mask on. Then she quoted me an exhorbitant price (twice the price of 3 other vendors selling the same item)

This place is top notch! I left my card with Wally, letting him know what machine I was looking for used. He called me the next week. He even set it up with the servo motor I asked for on it. While I was in store, I saw several Hutterites bringing Thier machines in for repairs. You Know your at the best value store if you spot them.

Amazing machines with an even better price. We have had domestic machines and put together thousands of masks. The money we spent on repairs and what we put those machines through would have been a walk in the park for a Juki. About a thousand in on these and no problems. Think of the money we could have saved not just on maintaining but on overpriced domestic machines... Not to mention the two owners knowledge is top notch! Don’t believe me? I had them tune up my mother's 1948 Singer for years. Then I got a 1954 Necchi which they serviced and a antique Philips. I also bought a machine from them and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the service.Thank you

They destroyed my machine when I asked them to service it they charged me over $200 and did not even cleaned it. The second track was destroyed so bad couldn't thread it and the pressure foot just fell right off, they destroyed the timing on my machine I now need a new machine. Why would you do this to me? They wrecked it so bad I need to bye a new one $1000. Plus the over $200 down the drain. Thanks for nothing, how do you sleep at night?

OMG! The guy on the phone is really nice and then you step into the store and the woman is the polar opposite - it's like you ruined her day by entering the store. She eventually gave me the items I was wanting to purchase but she was definitely not happy about it!

This business does not want you as a customer. I just called to asked for a part, the lady was not even interested on answering the call. She asked what machine and the part needed. When I told her the model and part she replied instantly by saying: “That needs to be order.” I said ok, how long it takes to come? She said about 4 weeks. I asked her how much and she told me she did not know the price. Short pause and I told her I will order it on line. Local Businesses to survive have to be conscience of having to provide goods services to whoever knocks at their door. She was acting as if I am taking of her time and said it will take too long and I don’t even want to bother finding out how much it is for you. They don’t realize that the ordering online is so much better. Talk to no one, order and with free delivery right at your door. I am getting tired of trying to support local. I don’t need the mistreatment.

I just called to ask if they could recommend a machine similar to one that resembles another in properties that is no longer available in Canada. All the lady kept saying was we don't have that one

During COVID my sewing machine broke. I live in Canmore (no one in the Valley) fixes machines. Started making some calls to Calgary. Most repairs was a wait list of 2 - 3 Months. Called International Sewing Machines. Took my machines to Calgary was fixed within the week. I have a regular sewing machine and a surger. This sewing machine has not worked this GREAT in a long time. I highly recommend this company.
