Yet another PERFECT job by Cara and the crew of Body Shop wizards and painters . My 2015 VW had been rear-ended by a dump truck I last fall. You’d never know it. Today, picked up same car with a new door skin. Same great work. Perfect pain match. 25 stars for Cara, and 30 for Angélique for their always fine customer service. I never hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need of a Body Shop. Bravo!!

Fantastic service. RICKY was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt welcomed from second one, the girl at the front desk (forgot her name) was amazing, nice and helpful. They fixed my car quickly and the price was lower than expected. I would recomend this place 100%. They love dogs too :)

Although the staff is mostly friendly, the time it takes for repairs is absolutely ridiculous. My insurance company sent my car there so I had no other choice. It’s been over 3 months and everyday i get told that it’s just a matter of a few more days, for several weeks now. They don’t have mechanics, glass repair or tire alignment on site, which means that they have to bring in travelling mechanics or send your car to different car shops to have everything fixed, so it just takes that much longer! I was told i would 100% be able to finally come pick it up today so i cancelled everything i had for the day, just to get told that they need one more day yet again. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely inconsiderate of their customers’ time. You couldn’t pay me enough to bring my car voluntarily back here.

Assured did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and communicating throughout the entire job. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and the inside cleaned also! Great service!

Would not recommend to absolutely anyone. The customer service provided by Scott was extremely unprofessional and poor. I had been working with Scott since March of 2022 to get this body work done. An extreme lack of communication, and disrespect was provided by Scott. Multiple thousands were spent with assured for body work on my Jetta, if anything the vehicle looks worse and has been devalued due to their body work. Assured worked on multiple panels of my car and I can say I am not happy with a single one.This process had been ongoing since March 2022, now come February 2023 the body work began. The paint they used was not even close to the same colour as original, the car is now multi-colour as they only painted select panels. The rocker they were to replace was patched, it looked worse after they “fixed it” than it did when rusted. The quarter panels were rusting above the wheel wells and starting around the door frame, these were also to be fixed. Their definition of “fixed” was to paint over rusty spots, no actual body work was done to these areas.I could go on about the poor “body work” they did on my car but to get to the point; Extreme lack of communication, I had taken time off work multiple times for this, was without a vehicle twice due to mix ups, received plenty of disrespect from Scott and overall am still not happy with the outcome. I had been extremely patient and forgiving throughout the process. I gave them opportunity to make this right. Not even the slightest bit of remorse was given. The customer service was extremely poor along with even worse body work, a 15 year old could do better.The only thing they were good at was writing the bill.If I can upload pictures, I will.

I stopped in to Assured Auto in Bell's Corners earlier today. I had some trim fasteners to remove on my inner fender well and was looking for some advice on how to do it.I was greeted by Cara who offered to get the trim tool and Kyle also came outside to have a look. Not only did they offer to pop the fasteners off but once Kyle saw what I was going to have done he asked if I had 10 minutes and offered to repair the headlight bracket I needed to access.I am so pleased with their excellent customer service. Cara, Kyle and two other staff I met were simply super to talk to. They wouldn't even accept payment even though I took their valuable time and I bit of shop supplies.They made my day, saved me money and another trip to have the bracket repaired. Thanks again very much Cara, Kyle and the Assured Auto team. I look forward to seeing you again.Keith Rowsell

I took my car in for an estimate for damages to my rear passenger door. Pricing was reasonable and they repaired rather than replaced, which saved me some money. The service at this shop is amazing! Angeline at the front desk greets everyone with a big smile that is so welcoming. George, the estimator is professional and gave a detailed explanation of the job that needs to be done. He even came out with me when I returned to pick up my car and explained what was done to my car and the warranty. Kyle and Cara got my car into the shop earlier than anticipated. Angeline kept me in the loop as my car was in the shop. Everyone involved thanked me for my business. I will not hesitate to recommend this shop. Amazing customer service by everyone! Thank you guys!

Amazing service. Dealt with the insurance claim so seamlessly and communicated with the rental company, taking one thing off of my to do list in a time of stress. Steve was exceptional and deserves a raise - he was very flexible and accommodating around my schedule and even offered to stay late so I could pick up my car after work. They were closed and he waited outside for me. 10 out of 10, will recommend to all friends who need repairs.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company, from exceptional work to outstanding customer service. This company cares about you and your safety. I have had excellent work done here in the past on my vehicle after a collision. Recently, I came into the shop after a different shop (who my insurance company sent me to) said my car was safe to drive when it absolutely wasn't. Despite Assurance being unable to take me on as a client, front desk clerk Angeline had someone take a look at my car and then she called my insurance advocating on my behalf. Because of her I was able to get a rental and get my car into another shop for service. I only wish they had space to take my car for it's repairs! This is the place to go if you want it all! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My car came back looking better than it did at the dealership on delivery!I want to start it by thanking Steve for his professionalism, he did an exceptional job keeping me updated.I also want to thank management/paint-guys for going above and beyond! They helped me revolve paint issues that were really bothering me and made it feel like I got a new car. The paint job/blend is exceptional!Over all had a very pleasant experience, happy that my car looks amazing inside and out.Thank you for everything!
