Ordered a double Big Mac with bacon and a small wrap, got a completely different of chicken mcnuggets, a happy meal and a McChicken. Completely unsatisfactory, and the manager wouldn't pick up when I called the restauraunt to try and understand what happened to my order and see if I could get my food.

Rather odd experience. I mean, it's a typical McDonald's located on Québec. It's the first McDonald's you'll encounter when you cross into the Canadian side of the border so it's rather busy. Sure, it's in Québec so I know most of the population here speak French, but the kiosk with an English option made the ordering easy without getting my terrible French skill judged by anyone. That's cool. The US McDonald's app didn't work so no additional app-points for me. That's fine, too. The menu's a little different from the US ones (no Big Breakfast, just pancakes with hash brown option). Even that's fine. After ordering, I went to wash my hands and the food was already out by the time I came out. Now, that defines fast food - AWESOME!So here's where it gets odd - no condiments (ketchup or syrup, etc), no napkins, and no utensils. My wife managed to get the WOODEN utensils and napkins from one of the ENGLISH-SPEAKING teen, who helped her. Nice. I went to ask for some syrup and ketchup and NO ONE would come up to the counter for over (at the very least) 7 minutes. Yes, there were other customers standing around, unsure if they were just waiting for their orders or waiting TO order but there were about 6-7 others, just standing around with me, watching about 10-12 workers inside running around like they're having a field day. I figured the condiments were just extra calories I didn't need so I gave up and stuffed down the dry pancakes, washing it down with the coffee. The foods weren't bad by any means. Just... dry and less tasty.

Good location along Curé Labelle in Blainville and not too far from the highway exit off the 15. The employees were nice and mostly bilingual. This location has a Drive-Thru and an adequate amount of parking. The Café Frappé was good.

Now a days the majority of McDonald's no longer have the playground for the kids. This one does! My kids were happy about that. The service was pretty quick and friendly. Speed is always good with kids who are starving!!

Their employees don't care about the customers. Food is always burned, overcooked or plain disgusting, they never stir your coffee, always bad experiences. Do not recomend to anyone even my worst ennemy.

Rating based on the fact that this is McDonald's and a fast food restaurant and food is loosing its appeal. I've been encouraged to use the app, but waiting in their numbered parking spots can cost you 10 minutes more than the drive through. This time waited even longer, so had to run jnside as my order was still not brought to me after 20 mins.Most of my recent issues with this location is mostly related to the application and staff trying to manage the application and the service related to it. From payment issues to order issues. Hope this gets better as it's their main loyalty program in place.

Not so happy the staff can't speak English. Good thing there is machine for self service.. There is a staff who was cleaning and very nice to us and I really appreciate that. He said our orders went through even the machine did not print receipt for us. It's a very busy location. Washroom is clean. Lots of parking. Close to many stores and grocery.

It was a horrible experience going there... Waited over 45 minutes if not more to get our food.The garbages were overflowing EVERYWHERE, people were playing Jenga to try to fit there's on top without making everything fall..It's a freaking fast food.... FAST. Never stepping got there again!.
