Used to be very honest and reliable before this fall (2017).As I was changing into winter tires I was told that my breaks were checked and they are ok for until at least the next spring. When I come to change into my summer tires my breaks will be inspected again and I will be advised whether I should change them or not.A month and a half later (mid January 2018) I get a message on my car that says that the break fluid is low and the next day the check engine light comes up. I get to monsieur muffler on blvd. Levesque to get it checked and to possibly stop the annoying beeping cause by low break fluid. One of the mechanics tells me that there is possibly a leak in the break fluid systhem and they have to examin it, but for now, to stop the beeping, he will put break fluid in. The manager gives me an appointment during which they will determine why the break fluid is low and what causes the check engine light.During the appointment the manager calls me and tells me that I absolutely need to change the front breaks, he said that I only have 4mm left (which doesn't tell me much because I dont really know that much about the mechanics of the cars!) Also tells me that my heating isn't working and needs to be fixed - I said it's impossible because my car is heating well (at least I did t fall for this!)!!!So I let him change the front breaks (750$) - which apparently was waaay too much as my friends told me. When I came to pick up the car and ask what is wrong with break fluid and engine, he says well, we just removed the light and will see if it comes on again. And for the break fluid there is nothing wrong!A month and a half after this my break fluid is low again and to stop the beeping I have to fill it up on my own, and month later, the same thing. I suppose there is a leak and the manager did not have it checked, he just wanted to change my breaks which apparently (4mm) were just half worn out...We had two cars being serviced in this garage for at least 5 years and I don't think we will come back - we don't want to be paying $$$$$ to fix things that don't need to be fixed and neglect the things that have to be repaired!

Great service! After having CAA drop off my vehicle after a flat, they had my tire repaired in 30 mins and didn’t bother charging me for the service. Will definitely be back for other services!!

First place i'll go to get any repair done! Amazing staff, and owners! On time and didn't charge me extra, they actually saved me money compared to other places!

My wife had our summer tires installed last week. Driving on the highway later that day with my wife and kids in the car I noticed the hood was not closed properly! Thankfully I was able to safely pull-over to close it before any damage was done. Unfortunately my kids learned a few profanities that day as I was quite livid.I considered going back to complain, but I know it is pointless. It is basically my word against theirs. I have no way to prove that they left the hood open, but there is no doubt that it was them.Even more frustrating is that fact that they opened the hood in the first place. We took the car to have tires installed! What they consider to be a courteous inspection is really just a hunt for more work to gouge you on. This is typical of most big chain garages and is incredibly frustrating. When I go to the dentist I don’t expect them to check my prostate. Just do what I asked you to do! If I need more work done I will take it to a real mechanic.Garbage.

Nice guys up front, though I came with a shaking engine. After test they said throttle engine had to be replaced (near 500$ job), I went to my old garage where i use to live, they said nothing wrong with throttle, just need tune up, and bulb to be replaced (under 150$). Car doing great ever since! If you're not a regular client there, just be careful.

After test they claimed that my throttle engine had to be replaced (near 500$ job), before confirming an appointment to get it done, I went to my old garage where i use to live in Chomedey, they assured me that nothing was wrong with the throttle, engine, my car needed just need a simple tune up, and a bulb needed to be replaced (under 150$ in total). My car was doing great right after!If you're not a regular client there, just be careful- This is a year old review I had posted, under another account. I don't know if the owner of that branch got his act together since then, but it boils my blood just remembering this experience. Thank you.

I'm from Burlington Ontario and needed to get my car fixed very quick i was visiting my brother who was into palliative care and they understood my situation very well, they asked one of their employee who was doing something else to stop and take care of my car right away. 40 minutes later i was on the road to visit my brother. They didn't know me i'm not a regular customer but i was treated like a #1 customer. Thank you and i really appreciated the special service. Met the father and son and they are wonderful people and would trust them to look at my car. Marc
