The young guy working there was super helpful. I was already frustrated by the terrible service of Rogers employees just steps away so it was very welcoming. The other red haired girl was also very helpful. Got my phone set up and ready to use in 10 minutes.

Robbie was a complete angel to deal with. I was having nothing but issues with Telus and Robbie really helped me out. He was extremely kind and gave me exactly what I asked for. The only place I will shop from now on.

Do not recommend getting a plan with this company they have the worst customer service and just tell you to call the help line if there is any issues. If you do get a plan be prepared to be using 3x the amount of data than any other company and over priced. I will be switching to a better more reliable company

I have been dealing with Robbie for over 5 years, and once again, he was able to accommodate my needs. I'm a person with accessibility needs and am in a wheelchair and he always gives me enough space and time to go over paperwork. Thank you Robbie.

I upgraded to the Samsung 22 from the 10. MARYAM helped me. I'm technologically challenged so I asked her to transfer my memory from my old phone to the new one. She also encouraged me to buy their protection bundle case and screen protector for $100 and agreed to install it for me. My phone was there for 5 hours and she blamed it on the malls wifi. I had confirmed with her multiple times that she would install the case and screen protector. When I picked it up she said everything was done. A week later I noticed a crack in the screen. I opened my virgin bag with the box inside and I see the screen protector!!! The manager said there was nothing they could do because once I leave the store ins my responsibility. My cheap Amazon case without screen protector worked better on my old phone than this $100 one they sold me! He took zero accountabilityI'm very disappointed. Looking at the reviews it shows lot of others are too.

I went to Londonderry mall to get help...trying to get warranty on my sons phone. The employee there ken" was extremely helpful in telling I needed a app. He put the app on my phone. Printed out the paperwork. I signed everything. And it was all complete. Thank you Ken...for a job well done!!!"
