What’s not to love about Sephora? Staff are knowledgeable and the Market Mall (and Chinook) stop has SO much selection! It’s almost overwhelming…almost.Store is sorted by brands and product. Makes it easy to navigate. This particular location has great signage so you won’t be irritated trying to find your go-to item.

I was looking for a foundation and few more products today ... there were 3 different staff members who served me today for over an hour helping me choose the correct shade and the feel I wanted for contour , Concealer etc ... they were really very kind and patient with me and helped me get the right products.. very happy with the staff here .. they're so helpful always .. 20 om 10 for the staff ..

Awful customer service! Tried to make an exchange on June 30 2023, the manager was SO rude about it. Miranda. She was nasty and mean. I will be telling all of my makeup artist friends to AVOID Sephora especially the Market Mall location. Atrocious service! Miranda was so over the top nasty. Do not shop here.... You are beautiful as you are and don't need Sephora products! And you will be better off spending your money elsewhere.

To crowded, I got a headache from all the perfumes. None of the staff could find what I needed my son was the one that found my stuff for, and he's not into makeup at all. They do have good products but I felt very dismissed by the staff

Went to get grad makeup today and Tyrel was so amazing! They were super friendly, asked questions about what i was comfortable with through the whole experience, amazing experience. the person really makes it wonderful!!

I'm hitting an age milestone this year and wanted to speak with a salesperson around the same age, who could offer honest and realistic skin care goals. Can I hear it for Chandra!!?? She was kind, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in looking for something reasonable and left having made a friendly connection. Two weeks later, my skin is glowing; she was right about the products. She doesn't make commission but I hope she gets this recognition. ❤️
