Jill is very knowledgeable and energetic professional. She has been teaching my son for two years. My son is happy to attend the weekly therapy session. The session is intensive and organized well, and is filled with a variety of activities which makes it very enjoyable for him. We are glad to see our son's improvement: more verbal, longer and consistent eye contact. I highly recommend Jill!

Jill is fantastic, me and my son started to see her when he was just under two years old while waiting for a diagnoses. My son at that time had zero eye contact and about 10-12 small words. He had panic attacks and red zone emotional states. He also physically hit him self or head bang. Jill with her experience walk me through the different paths i may take once i received a diagnoses. She also gave me information of things i would start to research. She gave me home work of this i could do through the week to help inhanse her session. My son seen Jill for 2 years, in that time he went from also most non- verbal to being able to communicate what he wanted. To giving eye contact, 80 of the physically hurting him self depleted. To being able to being in a room with a closed door. his vocabulary increased. My son is now 9 and has a full vocabulary, is able to explain how he feels.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

All I can say is that Jill is amazing! Since 2018, Jill has been working her magic with our autistic son and has changed all of our lives for the better. Our son went from non-verbal to verbal within a short period of time, and has done so well under her tutor that he is currently meeting his grade requirements. I would highly recommend Jill should you ever need a fantastic SLP. She is professional, responsible, reliable, and a collaborative member of our son's team. Jill is AMAZING! She was one of the few SLPs I called who actually returned my phone call and really took the time to understand my son's speech needs and answered all my questions regarding her service on the phone. She read all my son's diagnosis reports and had my son's favourite toys ready for our first session. My son was able to engage with her on his first session! She is a goal getter and is very creative in blending her goals into the play. She is very good with my son's behaviour too. It was such an enjoyment going to her session and see my son learning. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, effective teaching method and honest opinions regarding my son's speech.

There is no doubt in my mind that my son would never be as far along as he is today without the hard work and determination of Jill! She had done wonders for him and I would never hesitate to recommend her and B.C. Speech, Language and Communication to anyone with the same needs that my son with autism has. It's unfortunate that I can't give this business a higher rating and more stars. I can't thank you enough Jill!
