I've worked with The Roof Whisperer and it was a great experience. I needed a roof quote in a timely fashion for a real estate transaction and The Roof Whisperer was there! Great communication and great to work with.

Just had our new roof installed by Arthur and his team and are very happy with the outcomes and the shingles came with a lifetime warranty and was by far the lowest price bid compared to other companies. His crew took their time to ensure that there were no loose material. I highly recommend his service ^_^

DO NOT GO THERE FOR LEAKING SERVICE*UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD WORK*Quick response to my inquiry for a quote, which is the only thing I liked. Walked me through what was needed to be done. Had a crew at my house in a week to replace a leaking skylight and roof .. however.. I requested a return visit after the job was done as I thought there was an issue after finding water under the skylight after a rain. No communications back from my multiple requests. I am still waiting for a return call or email from my request. Not much faith that the warranty certificate sent to me means anything for this business.Will need to get another company in to inspect and fix required work.P.s . I heard from other people as well that Their response to everyone is We apologize that our service didn't satisfy your expectations. Our customers' happiness is always our highest priority. but I also can't find a file for you

I needed a new roof and it needed to be done before the end of the year. I met with Arthur, he provided me an estimate and a let me know the timeline. Everything about the experience was great.
