Charged me $30 (plus $29.99 for the part) for five minutes of work to replace my front brake pads. I was forced to pay this or else they wouldn’t have certified my bike for a duathlon race the next day. Total highway robbery to pay $62 for those brakes. Wouldn’t give these crooks the time of day.

The customer service is the best at Bicycle Sports Pacific Langley. The team is knowledgeable and certainly was interested in my cycling needs/requirements. I really did feel respected. The conversations led to a purchase of a new bike, shoes, clips and a GPS!What I liked most was the conversation that addressed pros and cons of different bikes and products. This helped me make the best decision. I suggest if you are looking for quality service to go this bike shop.

Service is simply lacking. No help, and no knowledge. To every question I asked the answer was very simple, I do not know look what is written. I consider myself a very serious customer, I usually like and buy quality things. This store seems to have a difficult problem of lack of applied management and staff with no desire to sell and work. Passes this review because in my opinion customers like me who purchase riding equipment for $ 10,000 + deserve professional and courteous service. I would be happy for a response on the ground, so that I can use your services.

Had to write a review after dealing with this shop a few times... they're AWESOME. Oliver is super helpful and knowledgeable. Bought my Specialized Diverge from them, service was amazing so bought another bike for my friend, bunch of accessories, even today going in to get help with a tire that wouldn't seat, everyone says hi when you walk in the door, asks if they can help, and once again, Oliver had me looked after in a couple of minutes. Appreciate the great service guys. Thank you!

I had lost my wallet and Dan B found it, proceeded to find my business card and send me a text telling me he found it. I wanted to pay him back but he insisted I use it to donate to charity. Just an overall honest and great guy which translates to the shop with the quality they give to their customers.

Johnathan was such a great help today! I purchased my first bike in 15 years and he made it easy! He listened to everything I was looking for and found me the perfect bike. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very knowledgeable. When he hit a question he didn’t have the answer to he didn’t fake it, he made a point of finding us the correct answer. I’m very thankful that he made everything so easy and the tech (I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name) that adjusted the bike and installed the new seat and kickstand was fantastic too! Thank you BSP for all your help today! I would highly recommend this bike shop!!
