I’m editing my previous review (below). The owner of the saloon (sorry I don’t remember the name), called me a couple of days after I posted my 2 stars review. We spoke about my issues, and she booked me in for the following day to see what can be done to fix my hair. We spoke about the damages bleaching does to natural hair, and the fact that I have knots now seems to be normal. She also gave me professional shampoo and conditioner to try at home, and proposed to toner my hair, but I didn’t want to do anything else to my hair, so I accepted the products, but not the toner. I won’t do anything to my hair until they grow longer, and then I’ll think of what to do. I won’t bleach them again, that’s a fact.I appreciate the phone call and the attention. She was very professional and obviously she wants her clients to be satisfied. I’ll try the products and keep babying my hair with good hair products and vitamins.I’ll leave my previous review below and change my review to 4 stars. I cannot give 5 stars since I don’t like the hair style, but 4 seems fair.2021-08-10 I waited a couple of months before writing this review, I was trying to like my new hairstyle, but at the end, I really don’t like it.I booked a consultation with Dana first, and I had a nice chat and a good sensation. Showed pictures of what I wanted, and we decided color and style. I had to wait for a month for my appointment, which I didn’t mind and the fact they were very busy made me more confident about choosing this saloon.After three hours working on my hair, the result was very different from what I asked, I like the color, but my hair were too short and the style wasn’t exactly what I wanted.Came home, and my husband didn’t like it either. I told myself I should just get use to it, that maybe is not too bad. After a couple of months, I am still disappointed.Beside not matching the hairstyle picked, my second issue is the product used for coloring. Every time I shower, my hair becomes straw: difficult to wash, a lot of knots, always have to wash them three times and by the time I'm done with shampoo, conditioner and comb, I find myself with the shower drain full of hair. I’m using expensive and natural products to help my hair getting stronger since they are super thin, and the situation now is even worse.My experience can be summarized to damaged hair and unsatisfactory hairstyle.Probably was just bad luck, I don’t know, but I’m not happy. I’m not coming back to this saloon.

I have been going to Iconic Hair Studio for almost a year now and I always have a great experience each time I come here! All the girls are very friendly and Diana is awesome and always makes sure I get the colour I want and that suits me best every time! Highly recommend this hair studio for anyone that needs their hair cut and coloured!

Kathy at iconic salon redid my balayage made it smoking hot and WOW! is all I can say. it looks absolutely amazing. Kathy is amazing to work with. She took her time asked me questions and made sure I was happy with the process all along the way. Amazing service and outstanding results.

My appointment was a 2 month wait. In my request, I wanted a simple blunt cut a couple of inches passed my shoulders. My hair was quite long so it would be several inches to cut. I didn't really want layers as my hair is fine and I don't like to spend a lot of time styling it. Layers also make my hair look super thin without styling it. My stylist was really nice, and after some discussion, including one about keeping the length long enough so I can put it in a pony without needing hair clips, I did concede to her that I was flexible and open. I ended up with multi-layered hair just barely touching my shoulders. There was no way all my hair would be able to fit in a pony without using several clips and pins. It took almost a full year before the shortest layer was at a length where I could have my hair cut in to the blunt, past the shoulder cut I originally wanted. I had this cut done elsewhere after scouring the internet reviews for a stylist who listens to what it is you want.After discussion with the lady at the shop, I want to clarify my appointment was in January 2022 and the salon is now under new owners - my 3 stars are for the previous owner.

I followed Lida to her new location even though it’s further away from where I live because that’s how good she is!!Lida is a master at colour and dealing with tricky frizzy hair like mine. She has the magic recipe of products to tame wild frizzy hair and her blow outs will remain frizz free for a week!!Plus she is warm and friendly and I feel comfortable telling her what I want . Her shampoos are amazing and nothing beats a Lida scrub and scalp massage.So relaxing !!Everyone in the salon is wonderful so you can’t go wrong with any of the stylists. The location is also handy to other stores and shops so you get some other things done along with your hair appointment,It’s always a treat to visit Iconic Hair studio.Judy❤️

The hairstylists are friendly, approachable and professional. I'm always warmly greeted by someone when I enter the salon. Each and every one of them is superb but I like to go see Leda for any of my haircuts. She's friendly, conversational, transparent, and she knows what styles I like and executes it. I wouldn't even consider going for short hair again if it wasn't done by Leda.

Kathy did a bleach out on my hair and it’s the best it’s ever looked I absolutely love it! It took a long time because I have long hair and have red pigment in my hair but she was more concerned with doing a good job than getting it done in a hurry. Her customer service is excellent and she has a great knowledge of hair. Would recommend her to anyone.

Likely the BEST experience I've ever had in a salon. I came in with a multitude of hair issues. The goal was to let my grey grow in naturally, & I wanted a platinum blonde to help ease the transition. Dana did a wonderful job with it. And I got the best hair cut I've ever had!! It needed to be cut due to the mess it was in. Dana cut it short, at my request, & honestly it is more healthy & more vibrant. I've now gone Iconic & I couldn't be happier!!
