Best Bike dealer / Service Shop in Ontario. We all know when people are frustrated they like to post reviews. Rarely do they post when it’s positive but I can’t sit here and read some of the comments below and believe the select few negative reviews. They just aren’t true. The Service team at Burlington Cycle go above and beyond in both customer service and service provided EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you don’t want to deal with some wait times get your work done in the winter. Understand there are supply chain issues at present that are handcuffing amazing shops like this one. I’d recommend this place to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Drove all the way from Niagara for an oil change with an authorized Honda dealer and left with oil leaking everywhere. Took it back a few days later and they fixed it, but absolutely no formal apology or compensation for all my extra time and effort, not even a free wash!! Terrible dealer service - clearly they don't care about customers only their bank account.

Great to have local parts crew that know what they're doing and isn't afraid to dig deep for a part for an old bike. Even our '70s & 80s Hondas can be kept going.

Not recommended at all, they are rude. no way to do business with them again. Bought a helmet and glove, day after I found cheaper elsewhere. they did not want to match the price nor to return their stuff. Keep you guys away from them.

Very nice people...Got problems with my Honda generator.Had them to take a look..They are super friendly...If my generator gets problems again, definitely will take it to their place.

Highly recommend Burlington Cycle.Good prices on basically everything. Very reasonable hourly rate for service. Fast and dedicated staff who are friendly and helpful.I got a replacement OEM part from them, came in very fast. And I got a Sena 10s headset (which I accidentally damaged) and they were able to be a huge help, they contacted sena and were able to get the part replaced.I’m so grateful. Thanks so much to everyone at Burlington Cycle.

I'm stunned by the service Burlington Cycle has provided me!I had bought a new bike in a private deal and it was idling high, was really loosing sleep over this issue...I called up Burlington Cycle and they advised that there was a recall on my bike that's possibly linked to this issue, so left my bike with them for about 2 weeks and whatever they did eventually resolved my issue.A big thank you to Rose-Mary for providing absolutely amazing customer service and actively provided updated even though I would call daily to follow up.Thank you Rose-Mary and Burlington Cycle for taking the time to look at my Bike.I highly recommended this place to everyone, I'll surely consider purchasing my next bike from them too!

I visited Burlington Cycle with a friend in hopes of purchasing a number of helmets for our crew. The sales associate that helped us was extremely rude towards my friend and cussed because of improper handling. I am aware that this could cause damage to the helmet but a better approach would have been appreciated. I took my business and money to Guelph instead and will not be recommending them to any friends or colleagues.
