Mi Property Portal
We moved to Mi Property Portal almost a year ago and have been very pleased with the experience so far. The onboarding process was excellent and they were very patient and always available to guide us through the transition. The user interface is very nice and the system is very easy to use and helps us keep track of all rent payments, lease renewals and owner payments and account maintenance. The option of sending and receiving online payments is an added bonus and a very useful feature for us. Customer service is great and always available when needed. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend without any hesitation.

This software program has everything you need! I was employed with the Provincial Government and the software program was not nearly as effective. Spectra TMS even Yardi, I haven't experienced a software program like this. I am very pleased with the customer service and the ability to have a small portfolio without pressure from the company. The rates are great and you can grow with the program.

We manage 400 units in Sudbury and started using MPP when we just starting out. They continue to add new and exciting features that make it even easier for everyone to use. Mi Property Portal
We started with MIPP in the spring of 2021. We went with MIPP as the maintenance and accounting sections of the program worked well with how things are done in Canada. Other programs seemed to have an American Model. We were very impressed with the look and feel; the usability and navigation of the software, as well as the owner and tenant portal features. Since then, MIPP has engaged in many updates that have only added to the software's benefits. With even more improvements to come, I am eager to see how MIPP will continue to be a foundation of our business!

MiPP user for 18 months! Customer service and value are second to none. I manage 60 very busy units, and this software has kept us organized, in great communication with each other and tenants, and allowed us to create time-saving systems. Love that it's Canadian too - no worries about streamlining to our bank system!

Mi Property Portal
I have used this product for years and have seen the growth that this program has developed. The customer service is there always and I always get the information that I need. The program intigrates the Canadian LTB law and forms into their program. The program handles new properties with ease and manages leasing that takes all the worry out of my workload. I highly recommend this program
