My family member loved this store....amazing customer service, he found exactly what he was looking for

Love being able to choose my own minifigures. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary by getting our own pieces. It was a good day, alot of new pieces to choose from.

If your looking for a certain set especially new release check Lego website for available inventory at the store first. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is usually full of customers, but what do you expect its Lego. It continues to grow in popularity as the set variety and themes attract a wider consumer interest constantly. There is legit a set made for everyone, from princess castles to cars, from sitcoms to star wars, from landmarks to hogwarts. So if your reading this stop now either go buy a set or get back to building them bricks as LEGO BE LIT!!

A fun experience, and quite busy on the weekends. Staff are great to welcome you in and help at any time while you are there. The place can get very busy on the weekends, so make sure you make time to experience the store.

This is my go to Lego store. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Also they usually have a lot of the hard to find ones. Never had bad experience and I have never seen a grumpy staff on duty.Also the manager of store sometimes will email you a thank-you for shopping here and if you reply asking a question. The manager actually does reply even if it’s question where can I get a jpeg background of the Disney castle display….

This is an item you would normally associate with kids, with children, but LEGO has been very smart at looking past that segment and introduced models for essentially all ages and genders. The store at Richmond Centre demonstrates this clearly. Yes, there were a lot of kids playing with the toys there, or with their parents buying them parts or full sets, but teenagers and young adults were also seen there purchasing the bigger sets. The variety is amazing, LEGO has sets for most of the relevant brands (adidas Superstar sneaker), series (Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc.), and cultural icons (Titanic). Our stay in the store was supposed to be a short one, we ended up staying longer, and eventually came back to pick up a few more items. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Wide range of prices (from a few dollars to hundreds depending on the intricacy of the set). Whether you are into LEGO or not, a visit to this store is highly recommended! All ages!

Really interesting place. This place is like a magnet to the kids in the family.It’s a busy place, so it would be wise to pick the right time to come, especially if you need help.Generally well stocked, the staff is really helpful and the kids love the interactions with the younger staff.We once came with our grandson when a young staff member who was interested in rockets was working on the floor. He was very patient and generous with his time and our grandson had a great time discussing his ideas of rockets too.We don’t always know what the kids already have, so we ask for the latest sets on the floor, to avoid duplication and exchanges etc. We can always find something interesting for a quiet reasonable price.It is fun to be here, especially with a 10 year old and I will recommend this place to anyone young at heart.

The customer service at the Lego store is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. They are patient and attentive, taking the time to answer any questions and provide guidance on product selection. The Lego store's customer service is a shining example of what great service should be. Another props to Justin, Susan, and Gian for helping. Justin got some packs and so did susan and they helped us find two of the minifigures and Gian was really supportive at check out 5 stars for all of them Highly recommended!
