Called today because I got updated notice of assesstment for 2 years ago saying I owe $800 with basically no explanations, just new totals in one area. They said wait between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. No option for a callback ??? Total joke

Extremely difficult to get hold of someone to take our call for hours they keep on hold and then no answer i tried for three days then after i got someone, Ohh my god for gods sake improve your services for Canadians who are paying taxes to get these services. Federal govt of canada must take care of this agency!

Firstly they received my call then executive said give me 2 minutes I have to look into the information. Then he put phone call on hold and never answer back. I wait for 3 hours still on phone call.

Happy you - who gotten a fax line. I got a guy at the customer service (Mar 27 2019 at 20:05) - it was a desolating experience speaking to him. He made me feel like I was a stupid retarded kid and I figured from him that I don't exist unless I know by heart all the past 5 years addresses (Oooold Adresses) with the postal codes and my name, or SIN or any other data is nothing without those addresses even though I had no tax to report back than and my name is not in their data base for those years. I was thinking meanwhile of the CAD 350.00 I had to pay for 2018 federal taxes, as I worked overtime about 1500 hours for the past year. I was thinking that I am trying to pay the wage of this complete failure in the job he was hired for, from the money I could pay rather my debts for the tuition loan. What a humiliating experience from the federal gov. representative of Canada.

I would give them less than 1 star if possible, what kind of phone queue gets full and causes the phone call to end. How on earth do they expect you to contact them -__-

Used the web site contact to arrange a phone call. Agent from the Windsor office called at the time I asked for. (very specific time). Had a question on GST. The agent walked me through the whole process I needed to follow to obtain a GST return. Explained in non bureaucratic manner. Agent was very pleasent and very helpful.

They list their fax number as a tel contact. There is no way to actually speak to a human and the 1 800 is worse as the queue is always full. Had to voice my opinion.

Terrible serivice. The people of Canada need to hold these crooks to account.They reviewed a tax return, issued it at Christmas, and set a payment date of 1 month (during a pandemic!)Online website cannot change addresses, phone lines constantly jammed and hang up on you. Online payment broken.

Terrible phone service. Never answer or have agents available. Wait times of over 2 hrs but even getting into a que is near impossible. What else would you expect from the Trudeau government though. Tisk tisk rca
