It has taken us some time to get around to posting a review because we were trying to put our experience into a few words and express our gratitude towards Ashley Boyko. We closed in August 2022, and began looking with Ashley B. around June/July. We met with a few agents previously to see a few homes, and after each home showing we were left feeling like we were not being taken seriously and/or we were being a bother to the agent...which may have been because we were a young couple looking for a place to call ours in this housing market. When we were introduced to Ashley we both had an immediate feeling that this was our agent. Ashley showed us many homes and was always available when we needed. She showed us she cared not only about helping us find a house but a place we would call home. To say she helped us would be an understatement, as she guided us through every step of the way, kept us informed, provided information for each property before we saw it and helped us after we closed. I messaged Ashley Morris about a listing on limeridge in hamilton, I asked 3 questions & mentioned how the pictures didn't match the description & her response was find another realtor we're not interested in helping you". Seems kind of rude to speak to a buyer with such attitude & rudeness. I still have the emails aswell."
