My little niece loves slime! I wanted to gift her with unique slime package that would keep her entertained for hours. Saw a few options online but after looking around for 10 minutes could not find anything. Young woman working that evening went above and beyond to find them for me. She could not find them initially and kept looking for almost 10 minutes. She didn’t give up and kept looking until she found them and directed me into the right section.This was really impressive as I felt overwhelmed by the size of the store and didn’t know where to look without her help. Purchased the best slime kit and seperate individual slime for my niece who loved them! . The only reason why I removed a star is because I do find the items in this store very pricey compared to other stores . I paid almost $50 just for small Knick knacks but I do think it was worth it seeing how happy my niece was!

It's a sad state of affairs that when I take my nephew out to buy toys we both prefer the selection at Gamestop to Toys R Us. The company must be using these stores to ship out their online sales because they stores themselves look terrible, have the products don't have prices and the staff are as happy as a customs officer at the airport.

Toys r Us St. Laurent is one of my fav locations (next to Orleans). Super friendly staff and awesome customer service! Always willing to help a customer out. I’m a collector and they always have cool stuff! I’ll be back!

The two stars are just for the great collection of toys. I went to this location with the intention of looking at items to add to my baby registry, I decided to purchase an item on sale for my toddler and the cashier rung up a different price than what was displayed on the shelf. We had to wait for a senior associate who just looked at us and said that is the correct price and the price displayed is for a smaller version. This item only comes in one version! She did not take her time to look it up or verify the price on the shelf, guess she has all the inventory stored in her brain or she did not want to be bothered. No apologies for keeping us waiting or for the lack of organisation. Decided not to pay for the item. I will not be opening a baby registry at this company or coming back to this store.
