So very sad to hear this is under new ownership. The customer service was absolutely top knotch before. The staff took their time to create your sandwich asking what you wanted exactly and checking in if that was good or needed more or less. The bread was always fresh melting in your mouth and the toppings were always fresh and crispy - full of flavor. Since new ship, there's nothing that stands out anymore... just another Mr. Sub. I sure miss seeing the staff that was previously there and the quality sandwiches they made.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, the old man doesn’t even know how to communicate in English, I asked an order for takeout with no green peppers as I’m allergic to green pepper, yet he gave me a sub full of green peppers and he was so rude, when I asked for refund or replacement he denied to provide me. Never visiting this store again.

I recently visit these place. The place was neat and clean. All the staff was very helpful. They take time per customer for making their sandwich perfect.The sandwich was very delicious.Must visit.

I stopped in to this location for a sub on my travels the other day. The owner was speaking down to an employee, participating in a conversation that should have happened in the back, directly in front of me. If it wasn’t for my sub already being made I would have left. My sun was also very subpar. Will not return. Treat your employees better.

Moved to Stayner 2 months ago and started coming here frequently. This is the best Sub shop north of Toronto. The owners are always there working with a smile on their face, food is great, and you can tell they care.

Mr Sub for the best subs ever!!! Better than subway, Quiznos and any other franchise. This location is beautiful, fresh ingredients and staff is lovely.

Omg! I adore this little sub restaurant!! i ordered a seafood sub and asked if they could add some tuna in it and they did! Added to it, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions and mayo and after the lady grilled it! That sub was an absolute delicacy!! So delicious!! Omg!!The service was impressive! So impeccable!! Bravo! and ty for this awesome sub! I will return for sure!!
