Bought a gift card for my daughter for Xmas , the store charged me the money but did not activate the card. We found out when my daughter went to use the card and we were told that it had no balance. The staff said it must be our fault for mixing up the gift card with other cards in the wallet and not keeping it separate…. She said we must have deactivated the magnetic strip. She also suggested that I never paid for the gift card.Which in actuality it was their incompetent staff who charged me the money for the card and failed to activate the card properly, resulting in my 8 year old daughter being sad and disappointed on Christmas

Lots of neat stuff for people of all ages. I came and got a bunch of flower crowns for a photo booth project. They're really pretty and came in 6 different colors.They have a buy 3 get 3 sale right now so you can mix and match for a fun night out.

When I went to Claire’s I got clip on earrings. I thought the earrings were fancy. I wanted to get normal earrings but I didn’t get my ears pierced. I wanted a BFF necklace but I couldn’t get it because my auntie said I wasn’t allowed. The people were very nice. I liked the store a lot. The end.

The only reason I stopped in here was because I received a gift card for my birthday, but I’m glad I did. Admittedly not too many items interested me because it’s a bit out of my age range, but the staff initiated conversation with me as if I was a friend. I’d come back to this location for that reason.

Never been here before and was my last stop shop for a septum I couldn't find on the strip or Pacific center.Was thrown off by the name. Im glad I sat all my uh..masculine ego aside cause wow what a wonder world of alt fashion. Trinkets. Shinies. Just gifts galore and wonderful staff. Blessed place. Will be back
