Don’t get excited about a coupon in the mail for a free rotisserie chicken, free bacon, free pie, etc. You will end up driving to the store multiple times for them to be sold out. Waste of time

I went there for the first and last time today. My debit card didn't work at the checkout even though it had worked minutes earlier at London Drugs and again minutes later at Shoppers Drug Mart.The young female employee didn't suggest I try a different checkout so I left without anything.

The Red Deer store charges more money at the till than the price on the shelf. Of the three items I was going to purchase one was 20% more at the till than the price on the shelf and one was 10% more at the till than the price on the shelf. The cashier refused to adjust the price and suggested I take the items to a different cashier on the other side of the store.I complained to Kevin at their headquarters but my complaint fell on deaf ears.This is outright theft. How many customers paid these prices without even knowing?

I decided to check out the grand opening today. I've seen the coming soon banner at the mall and have been very intrigued as their opening approached. The staff was very friendly and made me rethink my grocery buying experience. Personable staff like Stacie were happy to show me products that I couldn't find anywhere else in Red Deer. They were proud to have small business and family owned products on their shelves. I tried their Alfredo in the hot food section and it was delicious. I look forward to trying more from their menue. If there is something you are interested in or want to know more about how they are different, don't be afraid to ask a staff member. The manager Ravi was very happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel like I was already part of the Sunterra family. I can't wait till they start their cooking classes so I can learn some new things!

Went in last night(July 4)...always loved the food...same as always. The service and personnel were absolutely terrible...I probably won't be back. Extremely unpleasant experience for my wife and I.

This is an excellent location, with great produce, some of the best baking I have ever had, including the pumpernickel Rye bread. The staff are very customer service oriented, and very polite and they know how to work hard and provide customers with what they need in a market. Customization of food in this location is Excellent, and I find the quality to be a very high standard. I recommend this market to anyone, especially those who are in need of excellent produce.
