I bought a KIA Seltos two weeks ago and traded my Hyundai Accent. The attention I got from Arturo, Jeff, and Elmano was outstanding. They helped throughout the whole process; it didn't feel like a drag as it is in other dealerships. All personnel were super attentive and guessed what I needed before I even said so. A few months back I picked up a used car from Kia. First time I’ve ever bought something off the lot. I was a little nervous. Their sales rep Yolande was very helpful and actually helped ease my worries. My overall experience from looking around while there is that all the workers seem very happy, the process to purchase the vehicle and drive it off the lot was quick and easy, lastly since I don’t live in Victoria I just want to stress how incredible it was to have a smooth process. I will gladly suggest to any of my friends or family to do business with Kia in Victoria.

Very good experience. As first time car buyers we were very confused about the vehicle and financing options and that flew out of the window right after we met our representative. The service was amazing, especially Rodolfo Ledesma the representative who helped us was more the helpful. His knowledge and presentation helped us make a decision. All the team members were really helpful and our application was approved on the same day with a low interest rate. I would definately recommend to others.Thank you Kia, Thank you Rodolfo.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Tyree in our purchase of a new Kia telluride. He was very easy going on helping our selection and detailed on all the options available. I am so pleased with the sales staff at this location. Arturo went out of his way to help me get what I wanted and when I needed it. He went the extra mile helping me fit my dog accessories for my new KIA. Travis was also wonderful as well as Jeff in the financial/paperwork department. I highly recommend KIA Victoria especially with how difficult it can be to get a new car on the island! They will not let you down!

My wife and I have bought two new and two used vehicles from Kia Victoria. They have been wonderful over the years.Since the dealership has been sold, we now suffer the *upsale* from service. I was looking into a trade in on my truck, and they told me over the phone I would not get anything more than 5k. It's disappointing that we're in the market for another new vehicle and now are considering alternative options.

He was honest and made sure that I would be satisfied in my purchase. The whole dealership from sales to finance treated me with respect and made sure the whole process in purchasing my car to be smooth and easy. Month after I had new tires put on my EV car, noises from tire. This was found. Then instead of acknowledging they left the tool in, says my transmission on my EV car is going. I sold my car elsewhere, got another EV n will never have my car services again here. No accountability. I think it was a intern who put my new tires on n left this tool in. EV cars should be serviced by a certified EV mechanic n I question if they do. I question a lot of their services prices now that I've gone to another KIA place. Lesson learned late in life.

I bought a KIA Sportage after trading my 2013 Acura Mdx. Daryl helped me a lot, throughout the purchase of my first new car. Buying the first new car is not an easy choice but Daryl made sure that we were making the right decision and he was not at all trying to be pushy. Understanding the customer need is the quality of a good customer representative and Daryl is simply wonderful in doing that. He also made sure that my kids were not getting bored by giving them perks and communicating with them, while we were at the dealership :)I recommend him if you want to buy a vehicle at Kia! Overall great experience. Keep up your good work!!!
