North Stills

North Stills has been pivotal in the setup of our craft distillery in Ontario. We sourced our column still, pot still and brewing tanks and all were beyond expectations!

North Stills provided exactly what we needed to get our brewing/distilling process started. Even after our purchase we had questions about operating our still, a quick phone call to North Stills and they walked us through the operation of our equipment. Thanks guys!

I’m leaving a good review here because I am honestly blown away by their equipment and understanding of how to use it.I have been running their 200L system for over a year now with no problems. Excellent customer service ...as an Ontario start up Dylan has taken the time to show me how to create a solid product with his flute.He is truly an expert in the industry.I have been running the NS11000 for a year every other day and have had no issues. Truly awesome.

I have made a few purchases from North stills now and have all good things to say about quality and service they have been extremely helpful and during these uncertain times there service has been appreciated and a special thanks to the top notch shipping department

Had a great experience working with these guys. Bought a still for my boyfriend and they were very helpful walking me through all of the equipment that I needed. Beautiful equipment and we will be going back for any other equipment we need in the future! 10/10!

Knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell these guys love what they do. We retrofitted our business to produce hand sanitizer. Who knew. Probably saved us from going under.Some people on here are mentioning lengthy wait times. We are in the middle of a pandemic where alcohol and alcohol production is in hot demand. North Stills is an artistic labour of love. Just look at their products. Sometimes it takes time to get get the best, but we didn't feel we had to wait an undue amount of time.Bit defensive here but, like I said, without North Stills we would probably not be in business anymore.Thank you Dylan and crew.

I called in to North Stills and spoke with Warren.I have been brewing for about 6 years and I'm just getting into making spirits. With brewing I have alot of experience in brew stores and often getting poor customer service. This was not my experience with North Stills. Warren was extremely helpful and patient. He also provided a quote for the equipment I needed after hearing what I was looking for and answering my annoying questions. I understand and can appreciate that the customer service business can be wearing on someone's patience and thats evident in alot of the industry, which is why I appreciate the effort and patience from these guys. Highly recommend them, they're all class and give you exactly what you need. Thanks again Warren.

Placed a very small order and took quite some time and it was wrong when I received it, and no response back about the mistake. First impression shows the unreliability of this company and sure glad I invested in MileHi for my big purchases.

The quality and prices of their equipment is top shelf. I shopped on their site and setup everything I needed, then visited them in person to pick up my order and they recommended changes to improve my setup. Great service and fantastic products. There was one piece of equipment I wanted that they didn't have in stock, so they shipped it to me free of charge as soon as it was back in stock. I'm very happy with North Stills, and continue to buy all my equipment from them.

Regarding equipment, staff knowledge, and pricing I'm very pleased (this is based on past orders). I would give them 5 stars if this were the only consideration.My issue stems from how quick they fulfill orders. I was in need of a heating element to make some xmas gifts for family. November 11th I call, and they have it in stock - great, I pay. I'm a province over, so I should have this within a week or two right? Well, the in stock item took over a month to ship, and I needed to enquire about the order 3 times on the phone before it shipped. The delay resulted in the shipping being pushed to xmas time, where Canada post is extremely slow. It appears they did not choose a quick shipping option either.It's xmas week, I still don't have the heating element, and I need to reevaluate xmas gifts for family. If I knew how long it would take for them to ship the in stock item, I would have ordered a heating element from anywhere else.Again, great products, but the operations leave much to be desired. Highly recommend ordering from a different company if you need anything in a timely fashion.
