I was just at this location and Jessica was very friendly and pleasant. The service was prompt and I’d recommend this location to any. I will definitely come back again.

favorite place to buy wine. love that they offer to let you try new wines before buying. The staff are super helpful, always go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. even though there are closer Lcbo locations to us, we always make the time to go here. highly recommend.

I just went to grab wine today , and one of this girls who work there she’s tall and she’s so freaking miserable and all attitude she shouldn’t be there working terrible service . It’s sad now days people treating you like garbage . Be happy people and treat people good !!

They are pretty good at guessing what you are looking for. They don't have a huge selection. But it is a good selection of red and white wines. Not much in the department of ice wines or late harvests.

The lady's are friendly...ish. They get your order for you as of right now you can't browse the store. I suggest knowing what you want before you go in there. I did not and felt very rushed and she also gave me a small bottle when I said I wanted a big one. I also felt stereotyped.

Terrible service use to be the best twice I've been in here and there 2 girls just miserable barely greet you and when the customer says have a good nite you should atleast say something Oct 18th 2022 is when I went in who ever they are just terrible ppl won't be shopping here anymore and both on cell phones whole time

Prefer the Wine Shop. Prices are lower.The only advantage shopping at the Wine Rack is they are open on holidays. You’re paying a premium for that.
