5 Stars! I had an amazing experience here. I had two change two tires to different rims and put them on my car. They had my vehicle in and out in under an hour. When I called the kind lady on the phone was able to get me in day of and was super informative with the process. I highly recommend using this location for any tire work!

Gave me a good price on two steer tires for my F450. Had an appointment at 8 and was out of there by 9. Not the friendliest bunch you’ll ever meet but the price, speed and quality of service was worth 5 stars. If you have a medium duty truck this is the place to go.

Visiting Thunder Bay from Southern Ontario and noticed a problem with my front tires losing air pressure. Called here and they got me in the same day. Issue fixed in a very timely manner. The staff here went above and beyond. Very courteous, friendly and informative. A big shout out to Courtney, Logan, Jess and Kodi. Kodi.....thank you very much for explaining why the valve stems had to be replaced. I know after talking to you that I can drive home stress free. This is a great team at OK tire!

We are on from Niagara Falls area on vacation. Needed a tire plugged before traveling home. They were the 3rd shop we we8mt to...they got us in in 30 mins and job done in about that time! Pleasant staff and great service. Thank you.

Called on wed , got in very next day , tires swapped for winter tires ,plus they found me new rims right away . All done in less than 11/2 hrs . ( even got my shopping done while they mounted tires on rims ) then back and tires swapped in half hr . Fantastic , friendly service . I would definitely recommend them .
