NBCC Miramichi Campus

Took Electrical : Construction. Didn't regret the choice of choosing this college. They have excellent teachers, great food at the cafeteria, activities during lunch hour. The students are always ready to help each other out. Great diversity and welcoming to everyone. Recomend for sure.

My girlfriend went to this college and was depressed beyond belief. She took the early childhood education class. She wasn't yet diagnosed with autism but she was struggling. her teacher called her stupid put her down and claimed she ruined everyone college experience for being there. She still has nightmares about quitting and what that teacher said. She didn't know she was different then but she does now and looking back it was 100% discrimination.

I studied corrections from 08-10. I had a great time. Id do it again if I was able. Very clean building, staff are for the most part awesome. I would recommend NBCC to anyone thinking about studding there.

Taking GED classes, my teacher is very friendly and patient

Well I went to college for early-childhood education to teacher children under the age of 12 It was my dream i studied so hard in highschool i took every class needed. I recall it like it was yesturday the teacher telling me to come with her to her office and this other girl told her i started rumors about her when i didnt even talk in class and then the teacher blamed me and then the teacher told the girl to leave. then I recall it so well she said Lexi I don't think you're understanding ANYTHING in our course and the OTHERS think you don't fit in" "you're not WILLING to go to SOCIAL events like the others and you make the other girls DEPRESSED and YOU'RE runing their college experince and we think it's best that maybe you figure it out." I walked out crying and panic i was having a panic attack walking down the street shaking and calling my mom because of how heart broken I was I took all her advice on how to be nice and how not to talk to much because people might hate me. That day i went back after class was out unpacked all my things from my locker and desk signed a paper saying I didn't want to quit and never went backI still have Nightmares about itNow i'm diagnosed with Autism so i HAVE a reason for why I don't act like the other girls and I will NEVER forget what she said to me! NEVER TAKE THE EARLY CHILDHOOD COURSE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING SPECIAL NEEDS ABOUT YOURSELF!"
