Envy Nails

I usually went to this place as this place is near to my houseBut recently I had very bad experience with themMy friend bought gift voucher if $65 from their shop she gifted me on my birthday but unfortunately I lost the ticket when I went outside for groceries it was in my pocket and accidentally fell somewhere. I called the envy nails salon about incident first they said it’s ok if you have receipt you can await the services but after some time they called me and said sorry our owner didn’t allow and said do you have receipt then might be then I call them back that my friend sent receipt then they said no our owner won’t allow me.Oh my God how they judge anyone if a person showing you all the proof that they bought gift voucher from you and you guys still don’t believe on them disgustingI will never suggest anyone to visit this place. I am so upset

I have been quite a few times and have usually been pleased. My last visit, however, did not go very well. I was clear, when I made my appointment, that I wanted a fill. I also told staff when I got there that I wanted a fill. They proceeded to do a manicure. When I said that was not what I wanted I was sent to a different tech who was clearly not happy with me. I was running out of time and had to keep reminding her that I had to leave soon. I jokingly told her that I thought I was annoying her and she said yes. By the time I left my cuticles were bleeding a little. It's too bad because the ladies have always been quite friendly. Guess I won't be going back

Moon did a great job. I just showed her a picture of nails from the internet and she even made them better than that. Clean and peaceful environment. Great customer service.

The pedicure and massage were really nice. But the communication could be better. I told the customer service guy what I wanted for my nails, but then the ladies did my nails for me didn't follow instruction correctly, and I had to remind them a couple of times.

AMAZING!!! My fiancé and I went for a pedicure. Although we've had pedi's before, it was like a first time experience. The service was stellar and included a hot towel application, hot rock calf massage and the most incredible foot massage I've ever experienced . The professionalism, friendliness and atmosphere at Envy Nails were top notch. Envy is our new spot... why would we go for mediocre pedicures now that we've experienced the filet mignon of nail salons!!Rick and Loreen

Moon at Envy Nail is a specialist at ombre/fade who mixes her own colors. She has the best products for durability that I have experienced in 38 years of of getting artificial nails. Absolutely the best stay on that I have ever experienced with no problems after 29 days on extremely short nails for a new set. It is always a nice treat to have service by her as she takes the extra effort to make her service better then the rest.

I went into the salon to get a full set the acrylic application went fine but when it came to the colour my nail techs friend walked in and was waiting for her to give her a new set.Due to that she rushed completely through my colour and didn’t take any time to care about how much she messed up. And when I asked her to fix one detail on one of the messed up nails she pointed out a different detail that was messed up that I didn’t realize and said oh maybe fix both of them. So she was also seeing all the imperfections and just NOT FIXING THEM. I’m extremely unhappy and will NOT be going to this salon again. My tech was totally amazing until her friend came in and she started rushing. The worst part is it didn’t seem like she cared how unhappy I was.

Have been to Envy many times with my daughter and we LOVE it. Staff are so sweet and friendly, 10/10 recommend :)

This was my first time at Envy and I'm already making room in my calendar for my next appointment there. The staff is so friendly and they even made me a cup of tea to enjoy while I had my shellac done. Lee was really gentle with the dremel and I have absolutely no complaints about the whole process. 10/10 definitely going back when I want a new colour.

First time I went it was pretty good however the “nail strengthening solution” the girl said she was using turned out to be the wrong product and when I went for the second time the girl had a hard time removing it…now my nails are completely ruined and splitting
