Best vape shop on town. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a point system and deal savings which is dope! I used to come here all the time because I lived near by, now I live in West Bank but whenever I need vape juice I still make the trip back to Rutland as I enjoy their shop. Staff is great with customer service which is rare to find in Kelowna. Keep up the great work!(Oh and free stickers!!!)

I’ve been going to this shop for a while now and have never had a bad experience. Went there yesterday and even though they were busy, they went out of their way to make sure everything worked for me, even though I felt I was being difficult! Love this store and all the staff! Super friendly and always helpful! Highly recommend to anyone. Shout out to Sean, Glynn, Keyan and especially Avarie, who was the most helpful in this instance for me!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and the staffs there have been awesome to me especially Glynn and Jordan such great customer services. Everyone there would greet me nicely and remembers which products I like.

My go-to store in Kelowna. Management and staff are super helpful. They will offer you support in any way they can, especially if you have any issues. Even if it’s your own fault!;) the manager came in clutch for me today. Much appreciated!

Probably the coolest vape shop in town. Bar none. I started hitting up this vape shop a little while ago and for the last couple of months it's become my only vape shop. The atmosphere is authentic. It's always stocked full with the latest mods and has one of the widest varieties of juices in town. Farouk the owner is legit. Super nice guy and he takes customer service to a new level. I would recommend this place to anybody. I think the alternative" just became the norm."

I have worked closely with the owner and staff at Rutland Vapes and it has shown to be a great experience. The guys know their products inside and out and seem to always go the extra mile to have customers leaving happy. I have spent hours in store working with them on media projects and always enjoy my time. I’ve witnessed numerous people coming into the shop and how the staff assists everyone leaves me with only positive thoughts and recommendations. The environment here is great, along with everything else and I will easily suggest this store to anyone that vapes or that is looking to quit smoking. It's a vape shop that always seems to care more about your preferences than the amount of money they make, and they're never pushy with selling. 5/5 by far.

Definitely best vape shop I've found out there. Jordan and Glynn are usually the reps I see in store. Very helpful/ friendly staff and never leave disappointed.
