Forestview Townhomes

I lived at Forestview rentals in orléans for 3 years and I really liked it the staff Tanya and Mirsada were really good and efficient. If there was a problem I would call them and right away it was done. I have no negativity and loved it. Wish every place I rented was so efficient. I will miss Tanya and Mirsada for their efficiency and the friendly but I had to make decisions I had for my future. Thanks for everything I will never forget you. Don Michaud

An overall nice area. Cute little animals like rabbits, chipmunks running around all the time. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet. There’s a gym and pool on the complex. An added bonus of plenty visitors parking with easily followed rules. Visually this place is gorgeous and very pet friendly.However, the downside of this place... when you need something fixed, they take weeks to get it done.And they raise the rent very frequently... sometimes at an alarming rate. In comparison to what pricing was listed online last year vs what it is now... a big increase.This place seems to be a temporary-and-not-permanent spot for everyone that lives here. This is a great place to live for a short period of time. I would say a maximum of 2 years. Anything passed that, you might as well own your own house.

The townhomes are spacious, large rooms, great appliances, the bathrooms, 2 1/2, are very nice, so is the kitchen. In Orleans, the cost of this townhouse I visited cost 1,600.$ per month, 2 bedroom and study. Compared to the less expensive of 1,100 to 1,200 are the not even close to this 1,600 of luxury and comfort. Close to stores. Great neighborhood.

Rent is obnoxious, my neighbor was paying ~1300 when we were paying near double, she's only been there 2 years before we moved in, and someone who moved in recently after us was paying even more. Small townhomes, no door leading to the basement, so you'll hear things from the second floorOtherwise, the pool was nice

I been Iiving in Forestview townhomes for almost 5 years with my wife and three kids it is a amazing community, all the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.Thank you Rahul for resolving a floor maintenance service in timely manner.I always gets great service from Office staff they are very professional and understanding resolving any issue.

The complex of Townhomes is fantastic, clean, great neighbours. The office staff is always there to assist with every need you have. I have lived here for 3 years now and don't plan to leave anytime soon. My mom (83 years old) lived here also for about 3 years, and the stuff was always very considerate of her age, the fact she might not hear the door bell when they had to go in to fix something inside the house, etc. She has gone back to her home country now but loved the experience of living here.Maintenance of this place is great, grass is cut, snow is removed from driveways, fallen branches collected, always carefully about the tenants with dogs and the fact that they have yo pick up after their dogs.Lovely families with children live here in harmony. It's great to see and hear the kids playing around in their bikes or in the snow, feeling safe.There are no more words to express my gratitude to all the staff at the office to keep this place pleasant and safe for everyone!!!
