Just picked up some cheese brought it home and put it on my sandwich noticed it was a bit yellow. Checked the date and realized it was a month expired!!!! Already opened it so I cant bring it back. My fault for not checking but seriously??? I was gonna buy some onion dip but realized it was also a few weeks expired but also on sale!!! Give your head a shake

3 start because of the self checkout, 2 star otherwise. waited for the pharmacist to have a 10 minute conversation with her friend about how drunk she got from just 6 beers the previous weekend. they miss there pick up estimates all the time as well. moved my scrips elsewhere......just seeing the standard response from the owner, had to laugh. I had sent her a private email with my complaint at the time. She totally blew it off - because it was non-public. Then I make the same comment for the public and she my concerns are important and have been reviewed appropriately.

The lady that works at shoppers drug Mart on the evening shift June 14 she tried to keep one dollar from us and it’s not the first time she has done this. I’m not sure if she forgets or if she’s doing it on purpose either way it’s not good customer service I wish you could help this lady because it might not be on purpose she could need help

Yesterday I made an appointment for a vaccine shot . I got a text message from the pharmacy for the appointment. The assistant asked me to call before I went to see them today today morning to confirm and gave the pharmacist time to prepare the vaccine. I did 40 minutes before the appointment time. A lady told me OK that I could go on time. When I arrived the assistant told me I was not in their system and no appointment for the whole day. They asked me to come later today. Then they told me to wait about 20 minutes they would give me the vaccine. I filled the form. The pharmacist took it. When they asked me to go into the small room, the pharmacist asked me if I filled the form. I told her I gave her already. After she gave me the shot, she provided me a piece of paper with a wrong date. When I asked her why the date is year and half ago, she realized it was wrong and the paper was for my first shot. I was scared if I really received right vaccine. The pharmacy team seems did not get proper training and was not in a good working mood.

Brunette woman by the cosmetics/entrance was complete trash. Been to this location a few times this week, cashiers were so polite and efficient, however this lady at the entrance was not just rude, but completely ignorant. I remember walking in a few times and she would just stare you down or give you dirty looks. Didn't have my face mask so I used a t-shirt I had in my car as I forgot the mask at home, several stores didn't have a problem with it but her. Kept saying get out get out you need a face mask or face covering (which it was and no one has ever had a problem with it) and basically pushed me out of the entrance. She was basically the nightmare of all Karens". Completely dumbfounded by how rude she was

Pathetic service. Manager is outrightly rude. Definitely won't recommend anyone to visit this specific shoppers outlet (265 Main street East, Milton).

May 16th. 30 day script. Was given 28 of the 120 prescribed. May 20th. Was given the remainder of that script. June 16th. Called in for renewal. Was told it wasn't due till the 20th. Tried explaining twice of THEIR screw up. They still don't get it. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased some johnson's baby lotion to apply on my ninety two year old mother And when I went to open the lid It broke off So I returned it to where I bought it on Main Street at the shoppers. Drug mand they refuse to give me my refund. I spoke to the manager and said I will just take another bottle that I did not want the money and he refused to. So I asked if I bought a t v in his store and it did not work On the first day Would he return it And he said no so don't buy anything that is expensive because returns are impossible bad customer service

staff are courteous and helpful. Grocery on sale products none existant It has been many weeks since Boost complete nutrition on the shelves

Writing this on behalf of my children. Friday May 28, my children were visiting their cousins and were at the park, when my son noticed he was having an allergic reaction.They went to the closest SDM they could find. Although it was just after 10pm and the store was closed, the pharmacist and another staff member were still inside the store.My children begged them to just let them buy a package of Benedryl to buy them time to get back to the house so he could use his epi-pen.The pharmacist refused. My son could have died. He has not had an anaphylactic reaction in years. He knew what to do, but did not have anymore benedryl with him.I would think, as a pharmacist, he would have at the very least given my son at least one tablet. I am a pharmacy technician by trade, now work for a government agency, and to think no human compassion was displayed is heartbreaking.If I could give you zero stars ……
