This weekend I got diverted from the highway onto a county road. Along with several others I got stuck. My van was halfway in a ditch and I could get out. I have my wife and kids in the car and it was late and cold. Ash came to the rescue and pulled us right out. He was kind, friendly and most of all knowledgeable and quick. Thanks to him we didn’t have to wait until morning like the OPP told us we would have to. We got to sleep in our own beds safe and sound: I highly recommend Ash and this company.

Battery dead, they supplied and installed a replacement in my driveway, for a VERY reasonable charge, showed up in less than an hour. Would give 6 stars if I could. Forgot to mention this was 430pm on a very cold Saturday!

Ash was dispatched to tow my truck. Due to miscommunication between myself and the CAA he arrived with the wrong style truck . Yet he remained to help the flatbed that was dispatched as it was a difficult recovery ,due to the part failure on my truck, his presence and expertice made my mess go very smoothly. Highly recomend him
