Poorly managed clinic especially website. There's no way to reach the clinic, no fax number provided, no online booking unlike at the Richmond and SE Marine RCSS location. The CONTACT US option returns you to the map/location page.The online booking seems to be designed for patients who have a family MD at this clinic. Some of the physicians working at various PM Clinics in Vancity seem to be a very disgruntled bunch. It's not comforting and reassuring these physicians don't seem care given our broken medical system in BC. It only adds to the crisis, it doesn't do anything to alleviate it. It's no wonder the Feds refuse t want to give money to BC for healthcare funding.

I was seen by Kathy Wang here for the duration of my pregnancy. Kathy Wang failed me on multiple counts. She put me through months of unnecessary stress, failed to send me requisitions and then blamed me, referred me to a gynecologist who gave me one of the most traumatic experiences of my life and then gave me no room to complain to her, instead singing his praises. She interrogated me for wanting to do my own swabs due to the trauma. I was clearly suffering from depression for my whole pregnancy and she did nothing until the pregnancy was almost over. She was completely unsympathetic when I cried when she told me I had to go to the hospital because of my blood pressure. Then she lied and told me I would have nothing to worry about for subsequent pregnancies after preeclampsia. She wouldn't even help me onto a table when I was 5'2 and 8 months pregnant. I'm sure she made an effort. I just didn't see it.Kathy Wang

Called and was able to get a walk in appointment later that day. The MOAs were pleasant and professional, and everything was running on time. Dr. David Lee took the time to listen to my concerns, was pleasant, helpful, and to the point. Great first experience at the clinic, and I would definitely come back.

I had a great walk-in experience. I called in the morning to confirm that they had space/time to see me for what I thought was an ear infection. The receptionist was very efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. She even had time to crack a joke. I waited 10 minutes in reception (on a Sunday). The doctor was helpful and nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

absolutely awful service. the reception desk yells at you, demeans/belittles you when you ask questions and hangs up on you. you join the waitlist and get called days later, if the waitlist is ever open. worst clinic i've ever dealt with. duty and standard of care is a joke.

Reception was wonderful, just make sure you book an appointment. Dr. Yu made me insanely comfortable she was wonderful. A had an amazing experience here.

I used to go there and receive fine service but after this covid....still living pandemic. they become rude. Staff don't care what is about why you need a doctor. they are like machine that do not have a feeling. they have to learn better costumer service at least if cant be a slightly good clinic representative.

My mom ‘tongue is in pain for a month and it gets worse I called a clinic and got in the same day. The receptionist was nice and helpful. We saw amazing doctor Jessica Briggs. She was super kind and professional.she did a swap test for my mom, ordered bunch of blood works . We felt so glad to see Dr Briggs. Thanks so much Dr Briggs and receptionist ladies

doctors are awesome and nice! But you need to wait for an hour for your visit to the doctor, it doesn't matter if you already booked an appointment still you need to sit and wait there!

Its a terrible clinic and its not first they dont help people!!Honestly I dont understand it.Covid is gone for long time ago , clinics are full of people , waitlists are huge and they just work if you book an appointment?????You google it walk in clinic and that shows up as a WALK IN ClINIC and that means you can just go!So you spend time and gas to go there maybe for an urgent reason health issueAlmost no one was there maybe 3 people waiting to see a doctor and the whole clinic empty , with employers seated doing nothing!They dont even say Good morning , how can I help you? They just say we work just if you book an appointment!!!!!Thiis is unacceptable !!!They should start to take walk in priple need care!!!
