Wow, what a great team! Very professional.My appt was simply an inspection and oil change - and Fountain Tire were so thorough.I received a detailed text of my inspection result with recommendations, then I selected OK to go ahead. Justin at the desk gave me a call part way through to update me on the status of my appointment and when finished, he sent me a text notifying me the car was ready. Brian in the shop confirmed my car was safe for long-distance travel.The technology used to communicate was valuable. I like things 'in writing' and it's a non-disruptive way of keeping me informed.Highly recommend this shop!

I have dealt with this company for about ten years. They swap my winter to summer tires ,store the very inconvenient spare wheels and bill a reasonable amount. I am forced to do this as 1) I love the control the correct tires afford and 2) My golf r has No Fixed Jack points, no spare tire and no jack. Rather awkward for the do it yourself crowd.Service is quick and professional , price is higher than I like , no surprise ,and they look at the tires to assess their age and condition.So , local , professional and affordable

Brought my van in for winter tires. Absolutely the best service I've received! My invoice was actually less than quoted so I was pleasantly surprised.I've dealt with other Fountain Tires over the years and they never disappoint!Thank you Tim & your great team. We will be back

I had a puncture in my tire, took it to my usual mechanic and they recommended Fountain Tire. Brought it in first thing Friday morning without an appointment, and by 10am I had my car back with a like-new tire again. Great service and speedy!

THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! We got a flat on the way to Canada and I thought we were doomed to have to drive around on it. Luckily I was referred to Fountain Tire and Tim saved the day. He will never know how much we appreciate him, and his team, working us in. I would recommend Fountain Tire to anyone in Victoria as long as they have Tim!
