Action Centre Day Nursery

One of the workers there has been rude to me on multiple accounts, they don't take you seriously at all when you have a situation you're concerned about.My child has been learning inappropriate things here, I never get any of my lunch container lids back, my kids hats go missing.I saw another child hit my child and instead of the other child getting in trouble, my child was told that he didnt need to cry.There is a very nice man there who does make it worth going, who has been kind to my bf and I, countless times!I would rate it 5 stars if there was more people like him, but there isn't. I am very disappointed and will be taking my children out.I have never been yelled or degraded before in front of my children and one of the workers there did so, and she tried to tell me that I'm not suppose to feel that way.I've heard other mothers complain about them losing their children's stuff as well.They threw out one of my kids water bottles and gave him one of theres and they couldn't even give me a good reason as to why it was thrown out.They lost a pair of my sons expensive shoes and I never get notes asking for me to bring anything to replace it.I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The only positive thing is that the one kind man has always made me feel very welcomed.
