Couldn’t put my order though without being cut off by the person on the intercom at-least 6-8 times, and after after each item I would order I would be cut off and asked to proceed to the window. Would have been nice to have been able to finish placing my order. Pulling out with my half order I saw the pest removal truck doing some work in the Tim Hortons.How dare they. ~

Everything is egregious in this place. Steer clear. A semi-trained group of orangutangs can run a Tim Hortons preponderant. I once got a farmers wrap from this location, I did not receive a farmers wrap. Instead, I got a unwrapped pile of lettuce and tomato (there is no lettuce and tomato in a farmers wrap). The workers additionally virtually always seem to hold a grudge against any customer that ambulates through the doors, no veneration towards anyone, or any lifeform, I'd go as far to verbally express anything.

This location has the worst customer service by far. This is not based off a single, one off interaction, but a series of terrible experiences over the last 15 years. The south Asian male manager is an absolutely miserable human being who vehemently expresses his displeasure of having to take your order for a simple coffee. Disgustingly rude, abrupt, and isn’t afraid to show it! He makes you feel as if taking your order is the biggest inconvenience and makes you feel extremely unwelcome. His behaviour is a perfect proverbial and training worthy demonstration of what customer service should NOT be. Like a scene out of a movie. How he remains employed is beyond me. The rest of the employees are no different. On the day my mother was having heart surgery about 5 or 6 years ago I came to grab a coffee to unwind, and a young lady by the name of Hailey whispered “ you’re welcome *expletive* under her breath thinking I wouldn’t hear. Oh but I definitely heard. She refused to apologize after having acknowledged what she said. The owner came out and did apologize as well as refund my coffee however this barely made up for the appalling interaction.

The drive through staff was incredibly rude. We were discussing our order in the car between each other and she almost yelled nobody asked you anything yet

Be careful leaving the drive through... A bit dangerous. Food is standard. Service dude seemed confused.Tesla charger nearby . Huge parking available.

They use to make a good americano, now the server argues with me when it’s not an americano that was served - even to explain to me what an americano is. It has happened now several times. Just remove it from your menu if it’s going to be such an ordeal to serve.

7/10 London Fog Tea i bought were not prepared properly. Employees were not taught how to make food/drinks properly. There was no line up no ppl inside and they still managed to screw my tea up. That's very upsetting. Service in all The Tim Hortonses just went too much downhill.

I usually go around 6:00am and the morning crew there is an army of experts, all friendly, the best and fastest I have ever seen. They have it all figure out, that, by the time I order and go to window to pay, my order is ready and down to the specs. Instead of me waiting for my order, their the ones waiting for me, so fast, like lightning fast. They definitely make my day.
