Woodbridge Family Physicians

So disappointed with the office. Woke up feeling ill in the early morning and needed to see a doctor asap. So, since the office opens later, I called my nearest walk in that has early hours of operation. Once woodbridge family physicians opened, I had called and explained what had happened. I was immediately shut down and told I was not able to make an appointment with my doctor for today because she “won’t receive her pay”. Sad to think that I am calling because I feel ill and am worried, whereras my doctor and the staff are worried about their pay. There’s ways to deal with situations and this was definitely not it.

Terrible dr’s office three years after covid and still won’t allow patients inside. Called a bunch of times this morning they answered and hung up on me. Haven’t had a physical in FOUR years but my dr continuously says get them done yearly. HOW when u won’t give me an appointment. Don’t suggest anyone signing up with this dr office

Not clear on Saturday schedule and prescription refills mix up and call back for test results don't always happen. Just like any office, any where patience is needed. I appreciate that another doctor was available when mine wasn't.

Not a patient at this clinic, however I am looking for a family doctor and called a few places today. Got ahold of a few people who said they’re not accepting. This clinic staff actually took the time to understand what my issue was and tried to help me with a solution. Just wanted to thank them for being extremely kind, understanding my circumstances and trying to help me out when it had no concern to them. Thank you so much, family practices need more staff like the ones here.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Ashleigh Higgs for many years now. At first she was great with her knowledge & advice now I feel like all she does is provide me with pills and sends me off on my marry way. She’ll send me for an X/ Ray, MRI or Ultrasound on my requested granted but she really doesn’t go above and beyond for her patients. Her staff, that’s another story all together. Every time I arrive I am never acknowledged and not because they are busy working but because they are sitting on their fat ….. doing nothing but chatting! I recently had an x ray done and I had to chase the office for the results. I contacted the office 6 days after my x ray their response, please call back we’re short staffed and we don’t receive faxes it’s sent via computer. I wasn’t born yesterday if you receive it via email it means you received notification. It doesn’t take 2 hours to go through fax sheets if that’s the case. The secretaries are rude, incompetent & very unprofessional. I do no recommend this office to anyone, especially anyone who wants to live because if the doctor doesn’t kill you, her secretaries will for having to chase them for an answer.

Grumpy staff. Dr Allen Weinberger is lazy, rushes, doesn’t care what you have to say. Go elsewhere.
