I've visited C by Carmen's twice now, and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are beautiful, tidy, and well-equipped. We had a suite that comfortably fit four adults and a 10 year old. Great value for your money! There is a complimentary coffee bar"

Stayed here for two nights, night before my wedding and night of my wedding. Had our ceremony and reception at their other property, Lakeview. Was absolutely beautiful. Had lots of family and friends also staying at the hotel. All staff was amazing, everyone was so well taken care of.Rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable.Even had brunch with a bunch of my guests the next day in the restaurant and it was spectacular.Everyone had a great time! Truly an amazing experience, would reccomend to anyone.

Maleeha Ahmed, as guest services supervisor, went above and beyond to accommodate my family during a very difficult situation. She found a way to not only get us perfect accommodations, but was there at every turn and every way to help us. This service alone makes me recommend this hotel. When the management team is compassionate and caring it shows that this more than just a hotel: it is a place the values it’s guests and their situations. I can’t thank her and the whole team enough.

The wedding I attended was great. Our waiter was the best. He made an adjustment for a vegan guest, I found the chicken parm overcooked but the pasta was great.

I visited in January. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the front desk associates were very nice. The restaurant was definitely overpriced for what we got, but that's what I expected going to a boutique hotel.What I didn't expect was a bunch of children running around and screaming in the main area. I know it's hockey season. I work at a 2-star hotel for front desk, so I know how it is to deal with obnoxious kids and entitled hockey parents who refuse to take care of them. However, I purposefully booked the more expensive stay at a boutique 4-star hotel to avoid those kind of groups. It's ridiculous to advertise yourself as a boutique, romantic place, then allow a large children's sports team to fill the place. The main area and restaurant area is very pretty and has the potential to be romantic, but not when there's yelling children AND adults. The pool was unusable the entire time we were there because the kids were filling it and screaming. We bought stuff from their small gift shop area at around 1am and there were still little kids running through the halls and the elevators.I had a good time with my fiance when we were alone in our room. The room was very nice and pretty. But for the price and style of the hotel, we shouldn't have to deal with screaming children everywhere and management shouldn't have allowed it. I know the sports groups book under a separate group rate, so I know it was done by management and it's ridiculous.

My wife and I spent the night here in the jacuzzi suite. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was amazing. The price was fair for the quality of room. They also have a pool there.Huge bathroom. It is a stand up shower. Very clean and well maintained.I would definitely stay here again.

I am in a new hotel every week for work, this is the only one I've returned to without thinking twice. A hidden gem, 10/10 top of my list.If I could physically pick up the building & employees and take them with me everywhere I travel, I would. Exceptionally clean, very friendly front desk girl, room is always spotless & attention to detail is amazing. Hotel is quiet, air is fresh, decor is beautiful. Prices are actually reasonable too.

We had an extended stay at the hotel, but the experience was outstanding. Our room was very clean and the bedding, towels and soaps were always refreshed, thanks to the friendly housekeeping staff. Milly on the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. She helped us out whenever we had an inquiry. Sarah the manager was also very pleasant and treated us like family. Our microwave oven in our room developed a problem and Carlos, from maintainance had it replaced within the hour.The hotel has a pool, which we enjoyed very much with our grandchildren. It was always clean with plenty of clean towels on hand.We also made use of the exercise room. They have a good selection of workout machines and free weights.We ate at Baci's, the restaurant on site several times, and the food was very very good with quick service.Whenever there was a function on at Carmens, next door, the parking could prove a bit difficult, but they are adding additional parking across the street which should alleviate that issue.All and all we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!Ed and Julie

Absolutely wonderful and smooth experience! We came here late at night exhausted from New York and were met with such lovely customer service. Maleeha Ahmed at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate to our needs. Her customer service was unlike anything we’ve experienced before as she went into detail explaining the best way to enjoy Hamilton, since it’s our first time here. Despite it being quite busy when we arrived, she still made us feel like a priority and it was extremely appreciated. This hotel is clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you Maleeha!
