Excellent service center! Joseph was prompt and professional in booking the right parts for me. They started on time, and finished on time, they even offered me a loaner at the start but I declined. They washed my car before I picked it up, which wasn't discussed. I would highly recommend this place for German cars. All in all, good prices, good work and excellent customer service.

Excellent prices, excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. I have been buying my VW parts here for years, but recently Kris located parts the same for a Mini Cooper I was working on that no one else could get without waiting for about 3-4 days.

Had my first experience with Kris a few weeks ago and will 100% be back whenever I need parts or tools. Excellent to deal with, great prices, and had everything I needed in stock, which Lordco never does. Also awesome that he will rent specialty tools for a nominal price.

These guys came in clutch when I needed a battery vent elbow. Nobody else had one even though they’re universal between every single battery. Thanks again guys are the best. Definitely will keep you in mind when I need auto parts.
