Absolutely love this dental office. I've been searching for a good dentist since mine retired years ago. The staff here are so kind and make me feel very comfortable. I'm never waiting long and everything is always explained to me in full. Direct billing is a plus as well!

So happy to have found a dental office that I love to go to. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional, understanding, knowledgeable. Dr Sharma has done several fillings for me and they are the best I have ever had done. Quick, as pain free as possible and my bite alignment has been perfect afterwards. This has been a problem for me in the past with other dentists so I know she is doing great work. The admin staff is so helpful and cheerful to deal with. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Extremely happy to have found a great dental office with very friendly staffs especially the receptionist. They are very flexible and accommodating to my time schedule and felt very comfortable to have Dr Shawn to take care of my oral health. If there is a 6 star rating, they definitely will get that. Every person I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. I was surprised with how fast I was able to get an appointment on such short notice. There was no waiting around, I checked in and was taken back to the exam room right away, I had xrays taken, the dentist said I needed my tooth pulled, she was very informative and explained everything in great detail. She then performed the procedure and had me on my way. It was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist

I had a wonderful experience going to this office. Everyone was friendly and kind. This was especially important to me, as I had not been to dentist in a long time. Not the nicest place, they scam you! They did work on the wrong tooth and made me pay for it when it wasn't the tooth that was bothering me, & when I called to talk to them about it, they were so mean over the phone, and would not try to fix it or help me out! They refused to take any responsibility for their actions. They then went on to remove my mother as a client when she had nothing to do with this situation! Choose wisely before going to this place! Portway Dental is amazing and super quick!
