All questions and concerns I had with the wife’s Cadillac ATS were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. This isn’t the first time dealing with the service team at McNaught so I knew what to expect. They value their customers so do their best to make it as painless as possible. Great effort !!

I am working with GMC customer care and with Frank at the dealership to settle a issue I had with my new 2023 GMC truck, they are both working on this and trying to come up with a solution to make me happy it has taken a little longer than I expected but I think we are going forward in the right direction. Yesterday I talked to Frank and I do appreciate his help in finding a solution and I thank him again for his help yesterday with the card that was dropped of at my house. I just hope in the near future we can work something out to help settle this matter. So far I give them 5 starsRoger

Justin was amazing to work with while we were trying to find a new vehicle. He was quick go respond to any questions via email/text, upfront about cost and fees (not pushy!) that we ended up purchasing a vehicle soon after our visit to the dealership. The whole McNaught team was amazing and knowledgeable about their vehicles and services. If you are in the market for a new vehicle we highly recommend making the trip out to the McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC dealership.

Great staff, everyone very friendly and courteous however took over 2 hours to change swap out winter tires even though I had an appointment. With summer tires on rims, 2 hours is no good. How long would I take if I didn’t have an appointment?

Great experience buying my car from McNaught. Inder my salesman was great to deal with and the manager Jamie made the process smooth and he also gave me a great experience. Sam the finance manager was also great when dealing with the purchase. Thank you McNaught.

Sam at the Cadillac dealership was a pleasure to purchase from! He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I never felt like I was pressured into a sale, and he always gave me the opportunity to test drive and ask questions. When it came time to finalize the sale and paperwork, Sam was quick, efficient and completely honest. Overall, my car buying experience was extremely positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality new car!

Great service. I was booked in the following day to look into my problem. Diagnosed and fixed the same day. A wonderful driver drove me home and picked up when my car was ready. Happy that my car's is working again in this heatwave!

We had a fabulous first experience! Gino was amazing, helpful and kind. This was our oldest sons first vehicle purchase. Janie was thorough in explaining the finance process and very friendly. We 100% recommended buying your vehicle from them!!
