i never received such a bad service. I bought Omron pressure monitor from Walmart and my Dr checked and said it is not accurate. I called Omron as Walmart does not take it back. Omron wanted to send the package to them for checking and send me the return label to send it back. I did. Then they said it is working fine and returning it back to me. Now the whole process took more than two weeks and i am still waiting for the package. I am without a pressure monitor for over two weeks. I am senior close to 70 years
