Elian is such a pleasure to deal with.What was super impressive is that they came and finished all in one day, leaving no mess behind. They move all outdoor fixtures and furniture to ensure no damage to property and put everything back exactly how it was.The shingles come with a great warranty and looks absolutely beautiful. We decided on Vargas to replace our roof after reading so many other great reviews. They are very busy, so we had to wait a few weeks to schedule the job, but it was worth the wait. The team showed up on time and worked professionally. They protected our gardens, patio set, and bbq before they started, and cleaned up the property afterwards. Ultimately though, the quality of work and knowing that they are using genuine products gives me peace of mind.

We had some damage from the windstorm on the weekend to our fascia and our gutter. We contacted Vargas Family Roofing on Monday and they sent someone out Tuesday evening. Their team member was professional, honest and very efficient. He was able to repair our gutter without replacing it it. He also repaired the damage to the fascia on the front of our house. We asked about the roof since we weren’t sure when we would need to replace it. He was honest and said it would be ok for a few years and didn’t try to tell us we’d need it replaced now. We will definitely be using Vargas Family Roofing for our roof replacement and installing new siding when it’s time and for any other roofing issues we have! Highly recommend this company!

Vargas had been referred to us by a friend who was impressed by the quality of the job that was done for him.Jennifer met us and did a great presentation of the process that they follow and the important points of things to look for when shopping for a roof.We had another referral as well for a quote but Jennifer did a thorough job in answering all our questions. They completed the job just prior to the first COVID 19 lock down. We have always had a great experience with Elian and his crew. Many repairs done and promptly whenever we called. Had our roof replaced about6 weeks ago and were very happy with the installation. Would definitely recommend Vargas Family roofing. Great company to work with.

THE BEST OUT THERE, HANDS DOWN! I cannot stop raving about Elian and his team at Vargas Family Roofing and Exteriors. I did my research on other roofing companies and found VFR to be great quality and excellent work. I was referred by a neighbour and was very pleased with Elian's knowledge and kind-spirit. His workers were the sweetest and I love that they were playing The Beatles song Let It Be while working! LOL! I couldn't help but come out and sing along! So far I've had another neighbour comment on how amazing my roof looks and they got theirs done by another company which says a lot. What's ironic is that a couple of years ago, a good friend of mine in the neighbourhood mentioned that her parents had gotten their roof done and mentioned the quality of work and how they protected the garden beds before working. I just found out that they had used Vargas also! Small world!If you go with a roofing company that is quoting you $4,000 (give or take), RUN! Needed someone to repair the roof as this week in stouffville had some high winds. Made countless calls to numerous roofing companies and was either put on hold for more than 10mins or even left a message with my number twice with one company and have not even gotten a call back. Vargas Family Roofing was quick to respond and professional with answering my inquiry and got the job done. Will most definitely use them again and recommend you do too.Andre

I asked for an estimate back in June/July, I told them to go ahead and book me and was told sometime in October they would come to do the job. I’ve tried calling them several times this month (October) and texting them and have yet to hear from them. I also have a damaged roof and NEED it fixed, even though they can’t fit me in their schedule for re-shingling this year I was ok with that. But they haven’t called me back. Very unprofessional, the least they could do is call me back
