Very bad experience. Poor quality of services. No relevance of delivery commitments. Poor quality of fittings. No one listens after making the payment. Even owner doesn't bothers to respond and resolve the problems. Doubled bed purchased from Friends Furniture started making too much noise within 2 months of usage. No one is resolving the issues now.

I would like to give no star worst customer service experience, we purchase set of recliners Sofa,Loveseat and chair bought 5 years warranties with it, warranties sold in the impression of it will cover all for 5 years excludes cut and rip.Recliners motors stop working , went to store but store was close because of Covid try calling several time but could not get hold of anyone.Then email few weeks before and now got the reply back that’s motors are not covered, why someone would be purchasing warranty if does not covered electronics.will never back and Offcourse sharing with family and friends to be aware of scams.You guys always ready to take money when comes to customer service then start excuses and blaming.

They just sell furniture, no customer support at all. I bought bed along with side cabinets. One of side cabinet came defective. I got this defect on the first day. Emailed and called many times but it never got repaired or replaced.

If there is option to give zero star the my rating would be zero to this store.We purchased 7000$ furniture from them when they came to delivery they said we will not take garbage as we have 7 to 8 deliver in one day.They have different personalities when you buy stuff and when it comes after receiving product and they were very rude and garbage customer service never ever buy from them.

Is there an option to provide zero star. because they are not even worth for a star. When you go to store to buy something, they will talk nicely. When you pay and call to ask for something, no one cares. And DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT SALES person says in friends furniture. Because when you talk over phone and ask something later after paying the advance, they would even promise that they haven't told something like that.

Worse customer service ever. No one pick up the phone ever. Bought product in month of april and still waiting for it as I write this and its September. Paid my money and still haven’t received it yet. Delivery was scheduled almost 5 times and had to stay home on weekend waiting for then and no one show up. No one pick up the phone and then surprisingly they call you back a week after stating its scheduled on so and so date which would be few weeks later. Spend $200 more if you have to somewhere else but do not buy anything from them. Dont know how they do their business.
