The Armoury is a unique gym, the workouts are amazing and the coaches are incredible and so personable. But the environment there is amazing! The motivational messages before each session are so good and the people there are the best. It’s worth the price, highly recommend!

Armoury Fitness and Performance is hands down, the best of the best. Before attending, I dreaded working out and especially walking into your typical gym atmosphere; but this place is far from typical. I’ve never been more encouraged and more empowered in my fitness journey. The coaches go above and beyond to make sure you succeed in every area possible. 10/10 recommend!!!

Matt and Jo are the most genuine people I have ever met and they truly care about every person that walks into the gym. They are good at making sure exercises are done safely and at each person's own ability. I didn't realize I needed the gym community until I was in it!

Armoury Fitness and Performance has definitely leveled up my health and strength. With both large and small group classes there is a program for everyone! This year I’ve really noticed how the lower body strength classes have improved my ability to cycle with more power and speed. The coaching is top notch and their knowledge is invaluable. I highly recommend you add Armoury Fitness and Performance to your journey to better health!

Awesome, knowledgeable and super supportive coaches. Encouraging and fun training mates. I’ve been watching this gym and following social media of one of the coaches for four years and finally took the plunge and signed up about 4 months ago. I wish I would have joined 4 years ago! I can’t recommend this facility enough… join now…you won’t regret it!
