Had several employees that were extremely helpful especially in the wood section. One prevented me from buy treated wood for an art project and another help buy cutting the safe wood into manageable pieces as well as directing me to a different section that I needed. One small negative point was my cart locked up and alarmed trying to leave for some unknown reason and if I had chosen to get my receipt emailed it might have been difficult to prove I wasnt stealing but the door staff were professional and quickly got everything sorted out.

I went here to pick up a new ac unit for my home. And like most people dont know where everything is. So I asked one of the sales associates older gentlemen. Hes looking down I say excuse me. Hes response what can I help you with chief " and me being First Nations. I found this very disrespectful. Then he looks up hes eyes get big sorry I call everyone chief. I had my kids with me they seen and heard this. So I walk away and ask another sales associate. Found what I was looking for with out the racism."

Was looking for a few garden things and saw these patio sets. Looked nice but wish you could buy separately. Don't need coffee table but it comes in a set.

Fantastic customer service from ALL Homedepot's. No invoice no problem. Every store should try to have a internal POS system as good as Homedepots. They can take multi invoices and refund it all in one shot! always have great deals & friendly hard working staff

After being told that our order would NOT be delivered on time even though it was prepaid, it got delivered on the original day. Sounds great except that my contractor called the day before, was told it wouldn't be ready as it was out of stock and they dropped off $1500 worth of materials without so much as a phone call to either of us!Awful customer service and clearly no knowledge of what is ACTUALLY going on.So now my contractor who is 3.5 hours away is busy and we're stuck moving this in our own. Not too pleased!

Such a great shopping experience this morning! I had many employees say good morning to me as I walked past them. I thought I was headed towards the right aisle, but I must have looked uncertain because an older gentleman employee stopped me and asked me what I was looking for and led me straight to it. It’s nice that someone noticed I needed help without me having to ask!

The garden Center is fully operational now and it is well stocked with a huge assortment of garden plants and supplies. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Minus one star for the highly inflated prices since last year.

This well stocked store has practically everything you need! Each product has many choices and varieties. Prices range from economy to luxury. Staff is knowledgeable, and friendly.Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.Close to restaurants and gas stations.

Staff is friendly and parking is moderately big.They have self check out stations which is useful if you want to be quick and on the go.Recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home, appliances or finding tools on sale.

Dissapointed in this store. Bought a hot water tank here yesterday. Installed it for my client and it leaked everywhere once it was full. (From the two panels for.heat adjustment, faulty unit) All in all, about 4+ hours of my time was wasted yesterday by the time I drained it and returned. All that was offered was a new hot water tank. As a contractor who spends 500k+ a year at home depot, I would hope to at least receive some money off the tank given the money I lost on the job from the faulty one that was sold to me. When I mentioned the costs of unhooking ,draining and returning the tank, I was laughed at by the service desk lady. I guess my business is unappreciated at home depot, and I should likely find somewhere else to by all the products and tools I use for my business.
