Brampton Hearing Aid Services

I've been a customer of Brampton Hearing Aid for 32 years and have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with the owners and staff. Although I live more than 20km from their Brampton office, I have never contemplated taking my custom anywhere else - the company's attention and service has always been superb and well worth the travel time. Thanks for everything.

This amazing team is made up of individuals who will go out of their way to always find a solution for you no matter what the problem is. They are truly such a patient, caring, wonderful team of people that I am truly grateful that I have been with since I was 6 years old, as I am now in my late twenties.Being with them long term has allowed them to get to know me personally and they will always greet everyone with a smile and have never given anything less than a stellar experience! They have always valued nurturing the relationships with all of their clients and it really does reflect how well they run as a business and company (they are not driven to make a sale, but rather to provide you with the best option suitable for you) with a fantastic morale. I can honestly say that in all my years with them, I have never had a bad experience ever!Even if you ever just need to simply ask questions, get a tune-up, have information provided about a product, they show what it means to have A+ customer service to help everyone who visits by welcoming them with open arms! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aids, they would not go wrong going to this clinic.I'm personally truly grateful to have been with them for so long as they have always taken great care with my hearing aids from a simple mold upgrade to a hearing test to consultations for a new hearing aid. They are always up to date on the newest technologies, their range of knowledge is second to none!Thank you so much to Jill and the entire team for the help you've given myself and my family over the years!

Unfortunately when I brought my 5 year old daughter to this audiologist for testing I left very disappointed. Person performing the test was obviously annoyed by my daughter not following instructions immediately. She did not even try to make her feel comfortable or welcome. My daughter is very shy and is currently going through speech therapy which I stated in the beginning of the appointment. To conclude the incomplete appointment I was abruptly told to find a Pediatric audiologist. My daughter said bye twice and was ignored ; yet upon leaving I was told the cost of service was $60 (which I was very aware of)very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy. Absolutely atrocious experience.

Just a quick note to personally thank Jennifer for my experience at the Brampton Hearing Aid Service. This is my first time wearing hearing aids. Jennifer took the time to address all my concerns, answered all my questions and explained the entire process to me in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. Her knowledge and experience really shows how good she is. I would highly recommend Jennifer to other people. I can’t thank you enough for the excellent care and sensitivity that was displayed in every way. A big thumbs up to you and the team.

Jennifer is knowledgeable, dedicated and kind. I accompany my mother to the clinic and Jennifer has helped to improve the quality of my moms life! Jennifer speaks to my mom and explains the importance of wearing a hearing aid for her health. Jennifer is always so helpful and kind. When we first started going to the the clinic, my mother was hesitant, but not anymore, because my mom knows Jennifer truly cares, she walks the walk, and goes above and beyond. Jennifer thank you for being you, don't ever change! The world is a better place because of you.

My five star rating reflects not only how I felt about the whole office, but also about Jill and mainly Jennifer who was helping me to purchase a new hearing aid. My experience has started a year ago when I needed a tune up for my old relic hearing aid ... Jill was very helpful to go out of her way to help me, even though the unit was 8 year old model. Two months ago the unit bit the dust, so it was time for a new one. Jill was not available so I was scheduled to meet Jennifer. Didn't know she was new to the clinic, simply could not tell as she was confident and very willing to listen to my needs or concerns. She's a ball of energy and enthusiastic to help ... not to just sell me the most expensive device, but rather recommend something for my needs and budget. It took 3 or 4 visits and bundle of emails to answer all my questions (sorry Jennifer .. :-) ) ... which she has always handled with a smile on her face. I could easily tell. I am one of those guys who doesn't usually enjoy coming in for any sort of checkup ... but, just like with a good dentist, visits don't have to be unpleasant, if they make you feel you are coming to see friends, not just service providers. I sincerely hope they will be around for long time.

Dr Jill Black is an absolute angel! Friendly, super nice and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. When it comes to my ears I quiver. She’s my hero today. I have clean ears and I can hear fully again. Thank YOU so much Dr Black. You’re phenomenal!

Went to the clinic for the ear treatment, I must say all the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also, special mention to Simran, who is very courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me. She was extremely polite and good in her work, listened carefully and assisted me in the best way possible.

I can’t say enough about this office, starting with the front desk staff. Yvonne, who is always willing to go out of her way to accommodate the patient speaks volumes on what service this office provides. My mom is a patient of Dr. Black, and she is fabulous with her. Her patience and understanding when testing, and all adjustments when she has any type of problems with her hearing aids is remarkable. Her knowledge and determination to always look after her patients is highly regarded. It’s very appreciated, especially in these times when no one is available. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a responsible, caring, loyal, group of staff who take care of their patients.

An excellent hearing exam and experience. Their expert, Simran, was kind, understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. She asked questions of me, listened intently, and offered quality and in-depth information towards better helping me understand what hearing challenges I am facing.
