After a week of enduring a very noisy furnace I did some troubleshooting and guessed that the bearings on my furnace's inducer fan motor were shot. I contacted Icon in the late afternoon and they quickly confirmed that they had the necessary part for my furnace model and would dispatch a tech the following morning to confirm the issue and repair the furnace. A tech arrived and completed the repairs without a hitch. The whole thing was fast, professional and at a good price point. Kyle and the whole Icon crew are awesome. I recommend them for your plumbing or HVAC needs!

Really excellent service from beginning to end. Found and solved the offending leaks quickly and professionally. Then gave us a competitive quote for poly-B removal, and again, prompt, efficient, clean, professional, and personable. Always came on time, did the work efficiently, left the areas v. clean afterwards, and really nice guys and a pleasure to chat with. I appreciated the time they took to explain the work needed, and their thinking and solutions for the issues. I have had to deal with quite a few plumbers and heating contractors over the years and these guys are top-notch. Will use the again, if the need arises, and very happy to recommend to all of my friends and family.

We had a backed up kitchen sink that was us causing grief. Icon was able to schedule us in promptly and fixed the issue while onsite the first time! We haven't had any issues since! I would recommend Icon for your plumbing needs.

I came across ICON Plumbing through our community’s FB group and decided to give them a call to deal with a leaky toilet (gross, I know). Jay walked me through booking an appointment and set clear, reasonable billing expectations. Nathan arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and with a smile!I had to make another call to ICON today once my furnace went out after a small power surge this morning. After tinkering with it, I decided to call ICON. Instead of jumping to “yeah, let’s have a guy come out for a service charge”, Jay offered to troubleshoot the issue with me. It took all of 5 minutes and we were up and running. Some other outfits may have chosen to make this into a money-making activity on a snowy day - that did not happen and ICON has earned my business for the future.ICON will continue to be my first-call for any plumbing and heating issues, and I would happily recommend them to everyone. (Jay, I owe you that coffee!)

We used Icon Plumbing & Heating for the first time last week and were beyond impressed with the work they did , their professionalism and how friendly they were.  Jay had a quick response to help us out with a quote and setting up 2 tech's to be at our place right away. We had maintenance and cleaning done on our furnace and a leak fixed  in our bathroom.  Nathan was super friendly and very professional and answered all our questions (over and above). Krystoff was also very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. They both arrived on time & completed the work quickly & efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.
