So happy I found this place! Thought for sure I would have to get a new MacBook but they took a look, fixed the issue within minutes, and it only cost me about $30. Will 100% be back if I ever run into issues with my laptop again. Thank you, MacPros!!

Cindy went above and beyond to help me save my data and get back into an old laptop. Price was very reasonable and turnaround time quick!

Cindy and Jay have been great to deal with and have made my stressful computer issues go away.August 2022 - My iMac is about 3.5 years old and has been really good to me but I recently started doing more video editing which the poor thing is just not built for. Rather than spending 3000+ on a new computer The MacPros were able to upgrade it for a fraction of the cost and now it's so fast!September 2022 - As things do sometimes, something went wrong with one of the parts they put in. It was covered under warranty and they had me fixed back up in no time. Amazing service!December 2022 - Apple decided to do an update and suddenly I have a red line down the middle of my screen. Also at the same time had a security scare. They were able to get my computer in right away. Educated me on what the red line was and gave me options to fix it. As for the security scare, Cindy knew right away that it was likely a forgotten bluetooth device hidden in a drawer that had gotten turned on and was controlling my computer from time to time. PHEW!Needless to say I will continue coming to The MacPros for all of my Mac needs. Very happy with the service, and the rates are competitive compared to quotes I had received from other companies for the upgrade.

I just popped in the store to see if I could get help recovering a deleted file and after 15 minutes the really kind lady was able to help me find it and didn’t even charge me a thing. This is my second amazing experience with this organization and would highly recommend seeking them out for any issues you have. Thank you!

Came in with a 6 year old Macbook Pro with display issues and they were able to pinpoint the issue and provide a quote. They even attempted to see if they could lower the cost by finding another donor" MacBook Pro

I am so thankful for Cindy’s kind support. At least two other places told me there was no hope for recovering data on one of my MacBooks and that the newer one was basically a paperweight. But Cindy was creative, persistent and thorough. She was able to recover all the data from my old computer and was able to save the data on my newer computer before restoring it to factory settings, so I can use it again. Cindy was welcoming and even though I know she was busy, she always made time for me and my many questions. I can’t say enough good things about the service at The MacPros. Thank you Cindy and team.

Solid service. And if something goes wrong they own it and solve it. Not everything with technology is so straightforward and they realize that as well. It's really nice to have a company that stands behind their customer as opposed to their distributor products. Will be coming back.

Amazing customer service, I didn’t even have to go in for them to answer my questions and concerns. And I appreciate that they don’t charge you an arm and a leg! Will definitely go/call here again and recommend it to anyone who needs Apple repairs/services on the island!
