I dealt with Brayden, a sales rep at the Oshawa Mall branch and he was more than amazing. Brayden answered all my questions and helped me select the best product for me. He saved me $$$ by helping me find what i actually needed and not what 'sales people' typically push you to buy. Thanks Brayden

Stay away from this store . There only motive is to upswell bell services and loot customers . I was here for a wireless keyboard, the box looked damaged and the seal was off , I asked the lady to open and make sure the products were not damaged she refused to and told she can’t show me . The seal was already broken and I wasn’t sure if everything was okay. Asked her to check for a different piece and she came back saying no. Her only motive was to migrate me from Rogers internet to bell and get her commission .This is not right !! Bad customer service ..

Just got hooked up with a new phone plan and will be going back to switch my internet. The service was great and the process was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend. A gentleman named Mo helped me, and I’d recommend anyone talk to him if you’re interested.

Had such a great experience today while updating my phone. The associate Jatin was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only was I able to update my phone he was able to give me a cheaper more efficient phone plan. 100% recommend going to this location and asking for Jatin when you need any help!!!
